Mark and his team are really friendly and understanding. They are dedicated to their work and go that extra mile above and beyond what is expected. They offer a wealth of expertise in web design and I strongly recommend them. I can't thank them enough for all their help!

I first came across Mark and VTS Design when I was tearing my hair out over my previous hosting company. Mark took over and moved my site onto his servers and everything has run extremely smoothly since then. It is such a relief to have hosting that works and where emails don't go missing!

Being so very impressed with the service on the hosting side, I plucked up the courage to ask VTS to redesign my antiquated E-commerce website, a task I had been putting off for many years for fear of losing my Google rankings. I had nothing to fear however. Graham did an excellent job and nothing I asked was too much trouble (well if it was, he didn't show it!). His responsiveness and clarity of communication is superb. The links from the old site were carried across to the new via permanent redirects, my site has not had suffered any negative effects in Google and my customers love the new site.

Brad has done a few random bits and pieces for me too and is as helpful as the rest of the team.

I would recommend Mark and his team without hesitation. Not only are they accomplished at what they do with excellent communication skills but their prices are very reasonable and they are nice people.

After some very bad experiences with 'mainstream' hosting providers, we went looking for a new one.
Support from VTS has been second to none, and is at a level where they know you personally, and fully understand your needs.
Not only do they help when you get stuck, but they also proactively offer suggestions to help make things fast and secure with your websites.
I have even had almost instant replies to support tickets submitted at 9pm.

The hosting itself is also brilliant, and much faster than we were receiving from our previous supplier. We have had no downtime or server issues in the 7 months we have been with them so far.

Overall - fully recommended!!!

I would happily recommend Mark Foster and his team at VTSDesign. I had very specific requirements for my website which included building a secure client login area. I sent them a simple PowerPoint presentation with my vision and they turned it into perfect reality. Gurps was my designer and he was very patient with me when I didn't understand how to use the back office or when I needed to make even the smallest change to the text. Nothing was to much trouble.

I have always received excellent service from VTS Design Web Services. They offer tremendous support and are always very quick to respond to queries.

I can only comment on their ecommerce knowledge in OpenCart, reason being. That is the service I have used... so far!

I have worked in security for a while now and decided I wanted to start my own business. It would be a supply only CCTV business.

I have a background in design so I created a mockup in Photoshop and sent it over to Mark. There was nothing too difficult and after a VERY competitive price I agreed to go ahead.

Mark and his team came to the rescue when everything seemed to be going wrong. My old website was just not performing and sales were at an all time low. Choosing who to trust in this game is a nightmare, having been let down twice - but I needn't have worried.
Mark and his team picked up the pieces and put them all together again in the most professional way. It's an ongoing project, but I am really overwhelmed with the result.
