I design and maintain Joomla web sites for two separate churches.
After many years of fairly indifferent costly service, innumerable hosting problems and a lot of frustration, we have been 'rescued' by an organisation that cares that you get looked after.
The web sites now work without hassle. Any problems are dealt with quickly, efficiently and personally. Not only that, but VTSDesign notice if something is amiss with the sites, such as attacks from outside, discuss the problem and make recommendations. With their nightly back-ups of the web sites and constant monitoring, I can be confident that if anything goes wrong, it can rapidly be put right.
What I particularly like, and appreciate, is the personal service - with a 'friendly face'. If I have difficulties, a quick e-mail to Mark gets a rapid response with a cure and/or advice.

This is a good organisation that I can highly recommend to other prospective users.

I can only say from experience, but I would certainly recommend VTS to anyone who needs a website. fast and efficient and on a one to one basis. excellent service all round.

VTS have been great helped me with my initial inception and have sorted out any little issues that have cropped up efficiently.

VTS design built an e-commerce site for me that has been functioning well since 2009. What is most unusual and welcome is VTS's willingness to carry out changes and meet requests for extras immediately and at no, or, I assume, at very little cost. I write 'assume' because in 5 years I haven't been charged for anything I have asked VTS to do since the initial site build.

I had a lot of problems with my previous server company. I was nervous to trust another company and just wanted a server that was fast and always running. I didn't know how to set it up but VTS helped me get it all setup and have even helped me late into the evening!

Mark came to my rescue when the person I was using to design my website moved away before it was completed. In just a few days he had the entire site converted to Joomla. Mark then worked with me to make sure that the website was populated in time for its launch in September. Since then Mark has continued to work with me to improve the site.Excellent service - cannot recommend high enough!

We have used various web design companies in the past, I find VTSDesign to be the best.
I am creating our site myself, but wanted a company to carry out the homepage design and setup, plus create the other site pages, this Mark and his team did speedily, and the end results are excellent, I can now take my time creating the rest of the pages.
When I get stuck, and I do, VTSDesign are quick to respond, and offer advice.
Their prices are very keen, in fact we are going to take on their hosting as it also includes emails, and this will save us a considerable amount of money on a monthly basis.
Overall definitely glad I found them.

I would recommend VTSDesign to anyone looking for a personal, bespoke service and value for money. Any after-sales matters are dealt with very promptly. A highly valued company.
