They are off my radar after their lawsuit. Sent that lawsuit around to all my friends that buy gym equipment. Hope everyone's bankrupts this company.

product quality doesn't meet my expectations

Instead of focusing on quality, this company decides to focus on lawsuits over a negative review.

Bullying people for honest reviews aint it! I've used these systems and totally agree with lots of what that reviewer said you shouldve helped him out and apologized for the mix up... Absolute disgrace

Will never purchase a thing from this company. Awful products, and truly awful people running things from behind the scenes. Exactly as bad as you heard about.

They even tried flagging this review.

Completely underhanded company.

Never ever go for this company. All experience I have with this company is awful.

Also the recent bullying they are doing when a negative review happens is also extremly bad.

You need to review American laws. Free speech is protected under our first amendment.

The Vualcan Talos is not worth the money. For can buy the REP Ares 2.0 for a lot less. The Talos has a lot for bad faults for the amount you pay for it.

Probably should learn American laws. Giving an opinion of a product that you have in your possession whether free or not isn’t illegal. It’s the easiest thing to research. If you give a review and do no say anything that is factually incorrect then you are able to say it. I just watched the video nothing in it could possibly be seen as other than opinion of the product they had in their possession. Nothing was hateful, incorrect, or misleading. Everything was clearly visible in the video. I’d suggest publicly apologizing to save yourself….or keep going with the big ego route. Trying to fight something you can’t legally win. Now when you lose you’ll just have to pay the cost of your legal fees and theirs….Seriously how could you not see that backfiring ? Do you truly not know you can give opinions publicly ? You can also give opinion on a companies values and ethics whether you’re a customer or not. Your values and ethics are 1/5 stars.

WORST GYM EQUIPMENT COMPANY EVER

You're better off grabbing some bricks and lifting them over buyting from this company

It felt too good to be true. I ordered the max sized pull up rig for our nonprofit program that provides fitness for special needs individuals. The price seemed incredible compared to other companies. I was quoted 1-2 weeks shipping. A week later I received an email saying that there were delays it would be 3-5 weeks and I would receive a 250$ refund that I never received. At week 5 still nothing. I reached out and support just said. "It will arrive in the window. Week 6 I get an email saying it will be 6-8 weeks. We're heading towards week 9 and now they just ignore my emails. We were supposed to have a soft opening this week and we're literally missing the centerpiece of our fitness center. I don't know if or when it will arrive. Support and the experience has been a joke.

Funny how they try to discredit each review. my invoice number was 77677 and my customer number was 66948.
If I could post pictures on here I'd post screen shots of all the unprofessional communications I've had.
By the way after 18 weeks, freestanding pull up rig never came, my refund never came through, and I had to file a chargeback.
