5 star service.
We ordered a roof spoiler and bonnet inserts for our new Defender p400X. Ordering was simple and delivery was ok.
Unfortunately there appeared to be an anomaly with the Defender roof and despite having the spoiler fitted it was not quite right.
We informed Jake at Vulkan and had a full refund for both items.
You cannot argue with service like that.

Defender Rear Spoiler
Purchased the Defender rear spoiler in gloss black. Item arrived as described/Illustrated. The quality is superb and the paint finish is really nice. Definitely a returning customer for the hood inserts and please get the roof light back in stock asap!

Absolute rip-off
Absolute rip-off. Bought a set of side steps for £455 from them only to find out they are exactly the same as ebay ones for £200. Even the pictures are the same.
