Hello David,
Your order was placed at 9.20pm (UK time) on the 9th February. We dispatched your package on the 10th, and it arrived in Belgium on the 11th.
Customs clearance started on the 14th (goods are often delayed a little before they start clearing). It appears you paid the customs fees on the 16th, and the package was logged as delivered today (the 17th) at 12.01pm local time.
You were emailed the tracking information as soon as the shipment was booked, and had access to all of these updates as and when they happened.
We are unfortunately unable to control the time taken to clear customs in your country, or the time taken for the customer to pay the fees - if you are looking for next day delivery, I would recommend purchasing from a retailer within Belgium.
