SCAM! They keep saying that "unfortunately, the order has been delayed due to high demand".
I ordered a coffee machine in September, delivery date has been changed 3 times. When I've asked them to refund the money, they stopped replying; haven't heard from them anymore!
I contacted my bank and I got my money back

Do not use this company they are scammers, now fighting for my £200 refund.

I ordered a coffee machine on October 2nd. On October 12, I wrote to them an email to send me a tracking number. They told me that my order would be later until November 1-7. On November 12, I emailed me again when will my order be? They again told me that the order would be later on November 15-20. I said that I could not wait that long and so they canceled my order. They promised to refund the money within 7-12 days ... Until this moment, I have not received my money back !!!!

Ordered item on 23rd September. Today is 8th November and the item did not arrived.Last email stated it will be delivered between 1st and 7 November. I sent two emails now, nobody answer and website seems to not work. Will contact bank and report to the police. Very dissapointed.

Absolute pointless company no contact number and kept moving the delivery date. Scam id say just like the rest of the reviews

Same experience as others have described. Ordered a coffee machine 3 weeks ago. Got in contact and asked for an update, to be told it's now estimated for delivery in another 3 weeks....

Will be seeking a refund.

SCAM! I ordered espresso machine expecting to receive it in 7-12 days as add says. Time passed I got in contact and was told the item will delay by 3 weeks. The time passed and again was told for another 3 weeks delay. I got in contact with my bank and got refund!

I’m been waiting for not full two months and asked refund money for coffee machine, no answer just like always delivery delays. Called today to my bank and get money back

Ordered coffee machine on August 30th delivery said and still states on website 7-12 days , no contact at all from vudes until I emailed for an updated delivery date and was told 11th-14th October when this date came and went I emailed again and have now been told 1st-7th November , this is not acceptable, there is a very poor customer service at this company and I have now asked for a refund ,would not recommend, avoid at all cost

Delivery said 7-12 days. Ordered on the 23rd September. Asked where product was on 13th October they said new delivery time is 20-25th October. Contacted them yesterday, got a response 24hrs later to say delivery is now 1-7th November. I have asked for a refund, not had a response back yet. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Let's see how long the refund takes them to process.

Spam. Do not guide after the good prices. Finally I got payed back due to the fact that my bank involved into the matter.
