Returning Customer here ...I am very happy with vwcodes.org . The code was sent promptly and now the radio works ! I had used vwcodes.org many years prior to this and am so very grateful for their services ! Strong Honest work !

We were referred to this service from the mechanic who sold us our 2002 VW Cabrio after some battery issues cause us to lose the radio (apparently an anti-theft deterrent). Always leery of giving credit card info to a new site we held our breath and checked our inbox as noted on the site. We received a receipt immediately from the company. A day went by and we hadn't heard but the serial number on our radio was so faded we expected to hear that there was no such number or that we had to resubmit.
Less than 24 hours later we received notice that the server was down and the next email was a refund of our $!! Unheard of in the customer service realm! Two days later another email saying they were back online. We procrastinated a few weeks (the Holidays) before trying again 1/2/23 at 11:46 a.m. we sent the request, immediately received a receipt via email and we had the code by 7:34 p.m.
We are again able to toot around in our little convertible with our favorite music🎵🎶.

Absolutely worth the 12.99. I got the right code from them. It took 4 days to get the code, but its not that big of a deal for me. The Audi dealership wanted $90 and I had to bring my car to them. This was much easier and cheaper!!!

Great service. I did have to wait 7 hours (which I didn’t mind and they let me know ahead of time), but I got my code and it works! Genuinely thought it was a scam but I got my code in, they saved me from a $130 charge from my dealership, so worth it!
