The political theme just doesn't work and I've had no response since Feb 2nd. Now, my Wordpress says there's an update, but, I can no longer download the theme!

*EDIT: I've just been contacted and I am hopeful we can resolve things in a good manner. If so, I will consider to rewrite my review.

Support is non-existent. I tried e-mail, chat, online form, and facebook messenger, but got no response whatsoever. The payment for the (faulty) Wordpress Theme I purchased went very smooth though

The broadcast theme requires pre-loading various elements (such as a webshop, which you might not even use). Installing it myself wasn't possible. When using the example elements, I ended up with a chaotic page. The company offered to help, after which I gave them access to my site. A day later, it turned out they had deleted my entire site. Years of work lost, and worst of all, I lost access to my site. And they had only installed a standard WordPress theme. Fortunately, I had a backup through my provider, so I was able to regain access. I consider the 40 euros I paid for the theme a waste. So think twice before doing business with this company.

I've run into technical issues already and I've only just started working on my site with the Kids Pro theme. Simple processes that should be seamless: are not. VWThemes speak a good game, but fail to deliver. VWThemes so far, have caused me frustration and wasted time!! The support is lousy: unempathetic, unprofessional & not keen to provide the required and necessary help. Oh and I forgot, not prompt at all. VWThemes should really have 24/7 live support given its lousy products!

The design is creative and visually appealing, and their web designer did a great job bringing my ideas to life. The team was professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. Don't buy from here if you want quality! They don't respond in time, they set up calls but then they do not join the call.

The Theme itself does not work properly, they promise pro features but you actually lose features from trial version after installing the pro version. :) Don't even try to get in contact with them, they are SCAMMERS!

I’ve been waiting for days and still haven’t received a single response to my support request. It’s unbelievable that such a simple issue takes this long for a product I actually paid for.

I accidentally activated my theme license on a temporary Hostinger domain and simply asked them to remove the old domain from my license. This is a 2-minute task at most. Yet I’ve been met with complete silence for days.

Having customer support this slow, unresponsive, and careless is unacceptable. If you can’t get help when something goes wrong, then paying for the product means nothing.

My experience so far is a major disappointment. I will update my review if the issue is resolved, but for now, the situation is very poor.

I had to reinstall my theme and it wont let me use my license again even though Im installing on the same host server. The developer DOES NOT reply to emails or support requests until you try to get a refund. They do not offer refunds. They are a complete scam. I have been trying to get support for 3 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I initially purchased the Anime Pro theme after testing the free version, but I encountered several problems.
The Pro theme works differently from the free one and must be installed manually from a ZIP file, which means it cannot be updated directly from WordPress. I also experienced issues where changes made in the Customizer were not saved, even after multiple attempts and troubleshooting.

At first, the support team was not able to provide a solution, and I was disappointed by the long response times and by the fact that refunds are generally not part of their policy.

However, after further communication, they eventually offered me a refund and handled the case correctly. I appreciate that they listened and resolved the situation, even though the process was longer and more complicated than expected.

Overall, my experience was mixed: the product did not work for me and the initial support was difficult, but the company did take responsibility in the end.

Gift Shop Pro. A beautiful shopping environment with many features and a clear layout. We installed the free theme as a test, and it offers a lot of possibilities. Now that we're actually go using the shop, we bought the Pro version, and it has some great features. The price is definitely worth it. A perfect theme for a perfect price.
