A company that never replies to emails and never answers the phone.

I'm glad I've not actually ordered from these people. I needed some spare bits for a fan I have and Vybra Solutions are the UK agents. Despite emailing them I've had no response to my query and after repeatedly ringing for days no one ever answered. How do they do any business?! It seems correspondence isn't of any consequence to Vybra as all attempts to contact them have been ignored. I can't imagine what would happen if I'd bought something and needed to get in touch with an issue as they just don't respond to anything.

Exceptional service

Exceptional service. My dehumidifier failed after 17 months. Called and spoke with Chris from NHS, who arranged a call back from Vybra Solutions. Paul from VS arranged a replacement unit the following day. Great to actually speak with people who recognises customer satisfaction.

I bought a Narwal Flow robot vacuum…

I bought a Narwal Flow robot vacuum cleaner from this company. It arrived broken. After returning the item and numerous promises of a full refund I waited over 4 weeks and ended up having to go to the credit card company to get most of my money back. A product I would really like to own, but their customer service in this instance is less than desirable.

Excellent customer service, a great company

I bought an air filter from Vybra recently and it had a problem, so I contacted them and they promptly sent a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had the same problem, and although it was nowhere near as bad as the first filter, we couldn't accept it. I guess these things happen.
When I rang her, Clare from Vybra was very helpful indeed. She understood my viewpoint and issued a refund without a quibble. To me this is the sign of a really good company, one you can trust to provide a good product and back it up with excellent customer service if there's a problem.
I will add I have previously bought three of their Swiss Boneco Fans, which perform faultlessly and in my view, are excellent purchases. They also periodically offer genuine discounts, so buy with total confidence!

Graeat product, even better service.

Bought the Halo Fan, just stunning! Circulates the air and makes the room feel fresh and clean.
Had a few questions, Clare in the Vybra office was an absolute star, attentive, patient and knowledgeable.
Can recommend Vybra to all.

Mill 2000w Oil Filled Radiator

Was looking online for a while to find the best solution to heat our garden cabin and saw the Mill 2000W Oil Filled Radiator which had a few good reviews and thought I'd give it a try.
I must admit, it has surpased my expectations! It was delivered on time and was very easy to set up and get working. And the one question I had regarding its operation was answered by the helpful staff at Vybra straight away.
Love the day/night feature, which has helped sort out the condensation issue we were getting in the cabin on the cold nights and then warmer days over the last few weeks, by keeping it at a more constant ambient temperature.

I tried two Vybra Halo Fans - useless

I tried two Vybra Halo Fans. Both came up with E1 on the screen. The shop did not know what this error meant and the manual did not say. I emailed Vybra, they simply REFUSED to help without me providing a copy of my receipt, which I had no facility to copy and email easily at the time. Three times I ask and they just refused. So understandably both Vybra Fans are at the store and I dont have any - avoid like the plague I say !

I needed a replacement for my Winix…

I needed a replacement for my Winix ZERO pre-filter but sadly it is not available on the market. I have emailed to the UK distributor Vybra looking for solution. The Operation Manager Mr Alex Matthews has kindly sourced this for me and sent it to me for free!I would like say a BIG Thank You for their splendid customer service.

Stylish product from efficient company

We purchased a stand alone fan during the blistering heatwave as couldn’t sleep in our loft conversion due to the heat. Fan arrived within two days and is excellent. The fan is quiet and rains the cool air around the room rather than spinning the hot air like our old fans do. Can’t recommend the fan or company enough. Did exactly what was expected.

In my experience - an excellent company

In my experience, Vybra Solutions are an excellent company to deal with. They are the importer of Boneco Air purifier/fan products from Switzerland.

Not only did they supply me directly with 2 of their Boneco Air Shower F235 fans, but also (indirectly, via Currys) a third one. And I got all of them at an excellent price, due to two different sales they were offering recently.

These fans are really excellent (a brilliant design and bluetooth controlled) and they do everything the Boneco website says...

However, I noticed one power supply was omitting a small 'weebling' sort of noise, very quiet but still audible if you are close enough. Checking the others, I found all three of them did this, to varying degrees.

So I contacted Vybra by email, who were very responsive and a lovely lady named Clare sent me replacement power supplies, just as soon as they had stock, effectively fixing this small issue.
So as far as I'm concerned they can be trusted and sell really good products.

Thank you Vybra - you are keeping my bedroom, my upstairs study and all my lounge Hi-Fi much cooler, just when I need it - especially during those recent extreme summer temperatures!

Emailed and called with no answer

Emailed and called with no answer. Ordered a woods 9k air con unit which apparently can be used via amazon alexa. Problem is it won't connect to the home WiFi network, so renders the unit useless. The included window kit is not suitable for the majority of windows in modern homes. More suited to sash or other sliding windows, which hardly any homes in the UK have. Useless product from a less than helpful company.

Very bad customer services & I got two…

Very bad customer services & I got two winix air purifiers one started smelling as of it was going to burn out other come with no filter now there refusing to support me I have two lung diceases and heart disease they said they was going to do a one for one swap but didn't now I have to go through my legal representative which is going cost me more money they just no thoughts for anyone they have bad attitude..
