The Several purchases I have received were exactly what was promised, both material and size etc., unlike the many disappointment I have had buying on line. The service is excellent and I will continue to buy from this site.

Incredibly poor quality - the fabric was beyond horrid & the fit was nowhere near size ordered. I was almost ashamed to take the two unworn items to the op shop (wasn't worth the effort of returning - see other reviews for how bad that experience can be).
I did write a review on the Vyjak website for each of the two items - these reviews have never appeared which tells you a lot!
There are great online shops that deliver good value products - Vyjak isn't one of those

Dress arrived in good time and was well packaged.

It is a NIGHTMARE to do a return with Vyjak. Their "easy returns" line on their website is a lie. --- I ordered 2 dresses for a total of $108. I need to return them for 2 reasons: 1) They do not fit. 2) They arrived too late for the event I was shopping for. ---- I emailed customer service asking for return directions, and Vyjak is not helping me in any way. Today they offered me a $12 refund and said I would just keep the dresses. This is NOT OK! I will not give up. Hopefully, the next communication from this company will give me return directions and a full refund. If so, I will leave a new review - as that would only be fair to share that they stepped up to the plate and helped me process a return and refund.

When I found my size was wrong they sent me new dresses of the same style for only the cost of shipping. They have great styles to choose from.

When opening the web site it appears it’s an American Co. actually it’s Chinese.
I order 3 items the black dress with white “Greek Key” isn’t bad however the brown prairie dress looks nothing like the photo neither is the animal print blouse.
Never again would I order from them.
To return items u have to send them to Dubai.

I would prefer an actual size 10 rather than a 8-10 as 10's fit me better and a little tight because of this, but overall I am very happy with the colour and dress itself is very pretty.
As for postage I was informed when posted and given a tracking order and it arrived on time roughly it took 2 weeks to arrive so very happy

Vyjak boasts that their clothing is made in the USA. The 3 items I received were all marked “Made in China”. Took 23 days from order to arrival. Trying to return 2 items; in spite of careful measuring and referring to their size charts, the sizing is off, but even if it wasn’t, the fit would not be as represented in pictures.They are offering $21 refund and I keep items. I have counter offered $80 full refund and I’ll ship back at my own expense. We shall see….

Update July 22: They have increased their refund offer to $40 and I keep the items. I have allowed for their (originally free and absorbed by them) and my shipping costs and countered with a request for $65 and I donate the items to charity.

Update July 24: They offered $50 and if I don’t want to keep the items, I can send them back, but they don’t say what the refund would be if I did send the items back. They have worn me down. I’m accepting $50 and giving the items away. I also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and will report their next FB ad to FB and also inform Paypal.

Why oh why didn’t I check TrustPilot before I made this purchase?

I love your clothes. They are made very well. Unfortunately the last order I have to return they just didn't fit me right. I plan ordering something else in place of them

True to size clothing. Very light and airy for summer!

The dresses are beautiful! I needed a larger size and they accommodated the request via email. It took a bit to ship both times but worth the wait.

I was very happy with this dress. It is my first purchase from Vyjak. The dress fits well, is well made and I love the style. Only slight drawback is that it wrinkles at the back when I'm sitting. Very satisfied with this purchase.,

Received the two dresses. Very poor quality, “jackets” did not match. So disappointed. Did arrive in timely manner however. Do not recommend.

Pretty dresses. Great for travel. Lots of compliments.

Their sizing was very wrong, the Aus size quoted should have been an easy fit and it was way too small
Then they won't take a return, offered $6 then $15 compensation
Now I have a dress I can't wear and $50 out of pocket
Like a few others here I wish I'd looked at the reviews first 😔

I received exactly what I ordered.
In colour and shape. And especially in size.
I didn't have to wait terribly long.

Very impressed with the quality of the clothing . I am now a regular as new styles are constantly introduced and it is very interesting to shop online at my own convenience .
