Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I like the product but too often the juice has leaked out of the cartridge when you open it. After this happened to me several times I took a picture of the faulty pod/ cartridge and sent an email to customer services. They literally make it impossible for you to get a replacement. It’s not about getting a refund I simply expected to get a replacement for a faulty unusable product . Terrible customer service. Avoid.

Poor device, bad customer service

I was a customer for over a year with the max subscription (30 epod cartridges per month). The new epod device is poor manufactured. The charging cable are not working after a week or so of use. Struggling to charge the devices using different charging cables.
I bought 5 epod devices through Vuse website during the last 6 moths but I was contacted customer service were asking silly questions about batch order etc. My orders are saved in my account. After numerous of emails back and forth I was informed that my devices are not covered by the warranty because I used different power sources. That's ridiculous because the cables are not working and was trying to charge my devices.
I wasn't looking to get a free device, just to be informed what Vuse is planning to do to improve their quality.
Do they really think that a guy that spends over £1500 in pods will look to get free devices that cost £2.99 each. Really?
The worst customer service experience in years.

Personally product is good

Personally product is good. Delivery and fulfilling orders is absolutely ridiculous for a company operating in today’s market. Customer service in Uk laid back don’t give a s***

Numerous orders placed always delays and even if I pay for next day delivery. Then refund me the next day delivery charge making out they doing me a favour. You ain’t fulfilled your order so the refund for my delivery is the least I expect. I am looking at other alternatives. Too many products in the market to try from. They have lost me as a customer, I will spend my hard earned income elsewhere. Shambles. Warehouse and logistics need training or a complete overhaul. Placed order on 15th paid next day delivery today is 20th still waiting an email or call to say sir your order has been fulfilled. I would probably have to waste more time and call them and will be given the same old fobbing off

Vype ePen 3 - bad product, bad customer service

I bought a Vype ePen 3. The battery never worked. I contacted the company - British American tobacco run Vype & Vuse. They promised to troubleshoot, but only got my contact details. As soon as I confirmed I had only an electronic receipt and not a paper (itemised) one, they said "the fault is with you" and there was nothing they could do. Even though it never worked. I asked again about troubleshooting, but they suddenly had no interest. I asked them to purge my personal details (Name, Email) from their system and they closed the chat contact. They were positively rude once they established I didn't have a paper receipt. No care for their product or customers.

greed

A sudden, unannounced 30% price increase in the price of the pods? Ridiculous, money-grubbing greed. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Lacklustre, poor value, unlikely to stick with

What can I say, apart from they certainly aren't the best or most financially 'smart' choice, but the convenience, for some, may be worth it.

Let me start with the positives, the convenience of the pods is brilliant, they take well, stay in place and don't leak, all you could possibly ask for, the magnetic fastening is great and holds well a real plus compared to Totally Wicked Byte.

The charging uses a wireless type system in that it uses the magnetic function again to be placed on charge, no fiddly messing about with it to be the right way with say a micro USB.

Unfortunately that is where the positives end, price wise this has to be one of the most expensive pod vape on the market, 2 pods cost you £5.99, yes 2... that comes in at approx. 5ml then with normal usage you'll go through a pod a day (my experience) meaning a weeks worth of vaping is circa. £18! Woah!

The taste isn't fabulous, the battery on the pen is atrocious, on a weekend when I mostly use this I am often required to charge it 2 or 3 times a day! The availability of the pods is somewhat reasonable as they seem to be stocked on most stores. Tesco and McColls definitely.

The draw is somewhat underwhelming and requires rather an amount of effort, and the vape it produces is nowhere near that of a vape pen such as an eleaf of similar cost.

The selection of flavours is small too, Tropical Mango, Chilled Mint, Mixed Berry and Tobacco.

The whole unit is plastic and in this modern world using a non recyclable product isn't really good.

To be honest the whole experience with GoVype has been rather deflating, sub par product and extremely expensive, if these pods were around the £3 mark i would find it hard to find fault for the cost but given the pen costs around £15-20 and refills are just shy of £6 it all makes for a rather underwhelming, disappointing vape experience, my advice would be to take the money this would cost and buy a beginner vape mod off of Amazon, 1 bottle of liquid and move around from there, I feel this is extremely poor value for money and people who move from cigarettes to this are more likely to turn back to smoking as it is just nowhere near substantial enough to compete with what has already established on the market.

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. The people on live chat are rude and cut you off before your finished.

You can barely get the pods in store so I decided to opt for a subscription. All I can say is don’t bother. They didn’t bother sending my order out on time. Didn’t let me know. I contacted them and they couldn’t tell me why but said they would find out and get back to me and make sure my order went out on next day delivery. A week later I still hadn’t heard from them so I contacted them on chat again. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and cut me off before I could finish asking about my order.

I used to like vype but it’s gone seriously down hill. They need an overhaul on staff who know how to speak to customers and they need to ensure they have stock.

My advice..... choose a different company

Love Vype

Love Vype, simple easy to use and does exactly what you want, no leakage. Only problem i had is when sainsbury's were sold out so I had to switch to the 'logic' vape, never used such a disappointing product! They're no way as good as vype, keep up the good work Vype!

Have to say I gave up smoking tobacco…

Have to say I gave up smoking tobacco and I only use the Vype epen 3. Brilliant and it's in most shops. I can order the refills from uk and have them in ireland in 2 days. The epen Is clean and mess free and discreet. I still cant believe I gave up smoking real tobacco. The problem I had with vape was the refilling and juices. Just messy. Not anymore. Happy customer. Master blend all the way.
