​Am achiziționat un dashcam prin…

​Am achiziționat un dashcam prin comanda nr. 6014000155681, plătit ramburs. Produsul a ajuns cu ecranul spart, iar acest defect a fost vizibil imediat ce l-am desigilat. Am trimis imediat email cu dovezile foto pe 7 octombrie, însă am fost ignorat. Încercările de a lua legătura prin WhatsApp au fost un coșmar:Asistenta mi-a vorbit foarte urat si a ignorat problema mea plus ca mi-a inchis telefonul imediat . am fost blocat de sistemul lor/roboții de suport cu scuze absurde legate de numărul de telefon, iar returnarea a fost blocată abuziv. O companie complet neserioasă, care vinde produse deteriorate și refuză orice garanție sau suport pentru client. Feriți-vă!
