The W-ink team was very responsive and friendly in communication.
We mainly exchanged via WhatsApp message and despite all my requests and changes, they adapted very easily to my ideas by sending me previews regularly.
Regarding the product: I chose 500 microns for better resistance off-road. The video tutorials give us a good basis for the installation.
I recommend installing in a closed, sheltered area at room temperature. Stick the sticker strategically, chasing away the bubbles little by little. Use the heat gun only when the product is applied, to either finish blowing away the bubbles or make it take on curved shapes.

I ordered a set with some customization. The process was easy and even though I had many modifications it went smoothly and I got exactly what I wanted. The decals quality seems really good, thick and precise and sharp details. The price is unbeatable and free shipping was as advertised. I had some minor customs fees to pay, but with UPS the process was frictionless. Highly recommend.
