Food is always great, venue is well managed

on the last visit Mae was amazing gave excellent customer service making mine and my grandsons experience great with no problem attitude and was professional making sure we got all we needed above and beyond.

Excellent 3rd birthday party from start to finish . Excellent service , play area , clean and tidy , great soft play area perfect for younger children. Great party room for privacy , dinner included ice cream and squash , Henry went above and beyond , the party bags and content were fabulous, the small details were noted , she went above and beyond to ensure our 3 year old grandson had a memorable party , henry is a credit to the company.

The Langstone wacky warehouse is excellent. Andrea the manager allowed me to do a kind of birthday do for my little boy who is tube fed. He is nil by mouth and wanted a party for his 4 th birthday last weekend. He needed to have access to the playtime part at all times due to getting upset if we eat around him. We had the party area and the meal went really well. Codey had so much fun . The waitress I believe her name is rogina, was so helpful the food was great . Brilliant time thank you all so much he really feels he has had a birthday party now

I have been to my fair share of wacky warehouses. But the one in Hartford mill takes the cake! The service is always amazing. It doesn’t matter if the staff are having a day of their own, they always have a smile on their face. Katy always goes above and beyond for her customers. Being a regular doesn’t change how she handles her customers and she’s always going the extra mile.
I love going here. The atmosphere is always great, and the food isn’t too bad either.

The Walnut Tree was Outstanding ! My little boy had his 3rd birthday party here . Chloe went out of her way to make his day super special. She never ever stoped making sure everyone was sorted and included. The play area had something for everyone and is definitely value for money. Both women should definitely get praise as they are doing an amazing job! Thank you ladies !

Have used this pub for the last 20years including xmas dinner. But due to an incident, will never set foot in the place again. What a pathetic excuse of a company. Bring back Cheryl! She knew how to run the place. I think the new manager needs to go back to training school for customer service.

Any company can only be as good and efficient as their staff and employees, which we have observed as regular visitors to the Wacky Warehouse for 10 years and have commented previously on how friendly, supportive and personable the staff have been over that period of time. However, a recently recruited member of staff, Kelsey, has truly reset the benchmark on all these counts and much more. The engaging, consistently high level of customer service to children (primarily), parents grandparents, carers and responsible adults, where no request is too much trouble, is remarkable, which, as a professional 'Soft Play Superhero' is clearly evident. The pure joy that this lady exudes in the course of her work is ably supported by professionalism, competence in delivery and tireless organisational skills. A 5- Star review is richly deserved for such great service. Very Well Done Kelsey. Congratulations on Your Achievements and Thank You.

My kids always enjoy visiting Whacky Warehouse Ower. The manager is always so friendly and helpful. The foods great and reasonably priced. Never had a bad experience here so would always recommend. 😊

The food was very good including quick service and the staff are polite and kind,adjusting the meals for picky eaters!

We have held a number of children’s party at the Langstone location now and in every try occasion staff have been amazing and all of the children have loved every minute. Thank you for working so hard and being so convincingly happy and patient which I’m sure can often be difficult!

Serena and Elisha were amazing with our boys. It was a great experience and they had lots of fun

One of the staff members Ranuja was very kind and amazing the place was very neat and we enjoyed it very much I definitely recommend going to this place for your childs birthday party!

We went to wacky warehouse at the needle and awl in Rushden yesterday. We had a fantastic time. Liam was amazing. Very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back again.

Heating not working, room extremely cold with no emergency heat source. Didn't want to disappoint grandson and had to leave early as a result. As it was pre booked it would have been useful to pre warn customers.

Would just like to say a big thankyou to the member of staff in the soft play today.
We came last week with our granddaughter who is a little on the shy side , but really enjoyed herself .
We noticed then that this member of staff was very well engaged with the children there.
Today we returned , our granddaughter felt safe and happy playing .
The member of staff interacted with her and another little boy .
They did hand painting and made a sun with a rainbow of colours .
Our granddaughter really enjoyed the session .
We would just like to thank the member of staff who goes by ( FRIENDLY )....
You are amazing and so good at your job we had food both times in the bar after , that was good value too.
Will definitely be returning ....

Went to poachers in leyland genuinely the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The seating area was still covered in food that the staff had clearly just swept off the table leaving the chairs covered in it and the floor soaked I did not think much of this as it’s mainly catered to families but the food was another matter entirely. I ordered a burger and the best I could describe it would be a Rustlers burger that was out of date by months every single item on that plate was barely edible with the burger having no sauce and sprinkles of cheese for 16 pounds this place was a complete rip off my toilet will get more value from that meal than I will. avoid at all cost !

I had my daughters 5th birthday party at the wacky warehouse new inn Newport and I can honestly say the staff were absolutely brilliant Meryl was my party host and she was amazing so helpful even helped plate up the children’s food which was really nice they do a mix of hot food hot dogs chicken nuggets chips which you can just help yourself too they do all the goodie bags for you too , they accommodated all dietary needs fantastically it’s really reasonably priced too my daughter and her friends also had lots of fun in the softplay together brilliant party and I would 10000% book again
