Bought a toaster and kettle from their online store to be delivered, they were so great and helpful from ordering/answering queries through to safe delivery. Would definitely recommend and will for sure be using them again!

Difficulty with delivery
I ordered a saucepan which when it arrived was exactly what I had ordered on 12.4.23.
However I was asked or a review on 19/4 and 24/4 before the saucepan had arrived. Ten I received a communication from Royal mail that the postage had been underpaid by £3.20. I paid this and the saucepan finally arrived on 25//4

Easy purchase, good value.
