Disgusting attitude from Wayfair

This company delivers orders even when the order has been cancelled and you have to return your order by DHL not buy the Courier company Elvi that deliverd my order no return address one my order so i had to resort to send my order back for a refund with DHL wich charges a lot more than Elvi my order was cancelled before it was dispached but Wayfair would not accept my cancellation of my order and dispached my order to therfore i had to return the order to Wayfair this is a disgusting attitude from Wayfair
Anyway i will never order anything from Wayfair again

About 3 mths ago i bought a shed from Wayfair at a cost of close to a £1000 .
All went well until a few weeks later i noticed a sag in the roof due to not enough support from the timbers attached to the roof panels,i managed to ask someone at Wayfair for some help who was very helpful and said that there was a repair kit for this problem which he said he would have sent to me and it would take a couple of weeks to receive 3 weeks later i receive a phone call from a number in the USA which i did not answer who then sent a message saying the repair package was no longer available and they would like to offer me a 33% refund and i could then purchase what was needed to fix my problem.
A few things bothered me about that one being why would i get a call from the USA when i bought it from Wayfair in the UK,and why the discount of a third of the cost approx £320.00 for whats effectively some beefier timbers seemed rather a lot,it all seemed a bit suspect to me as i bought it on Klarna and have not as yet paid the total cost.
Anyway i did not respond to the offer and have since tried to speak to someone in the UK having tried What's app/Facebook to have an instant response saying we will be with you asap and it never gets any further.
So the morel to this story is dont buy anything from Wafair on the off chance you may have to claim on a non existent guarantee.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I made an order

I made an order, within an hour of ordering i wanted to cancel order, the website wouldnt allow me to do anything ,had to go through a virtual assistant ,then a whatsapp assistant,then a messaging assistant, which were totally useless, i am so furious, then i was told within the hour it was in transit ,i was so angry at the incompitence of this company what a ridiculous statement, i was then told couldnt be cancelled and i would have to return after being delivered which would cost me, im so angry i would never ever recommend or use wayfair again, absolutely diabolical.

Delivery lies

Ordered 3 single beds and given 2 day delivery option(only reason I ordered from them as needed them desperately) 2 days later no beds spoke to wafair to be told order can not be cancelled even though beds not even left their warehouse!! Told them they be with me within 10 days absolute rubbish customer service they just kept saying theee is nothing we can do... Yeah thanks a lot

Fobbed off with load of waffle

2nd review - 1st review vaporised? Anyway item ordered should have arrived 20th Nov but despite several contacts with 'chat' found out finally today that item hasn't even left wear house???? Also as a result tracking impossible!

They only delivered half my order…

They only delivered half my order without telling me this was going to be the case. It then took 2 more days for the last part to be delivered. No explanation, no contact to tell me or apologise. Will avoid in future

They inferred delivery would be two w/d on Friday , not delivered till Tuesday , they tried to put all the blame onto Every but once Wafair have your cash they don't

I bought a flat pack bed, big mistake.

I bought a flat pack bed, never in 40 years have had the headboard in so many pieces, the amount of buyer construction for a £200 bed for me is unacceptable. It is not that I can not do the job as I am a carpenter, it is truly disgusting and the way you have to put it together is unacceptable, just to fit it in a smaller box. This should have been made clear on the website. I want to return it as I am so disgusted with it, but they want to charge £10 for the return. The chat person was totally unhelpful and just repeated the same thing over and over. Never buy a bed from this lot. I will never deal with Wayfair again, DISGUSTING COMPANY WITH ZERO RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. Palma bed frame. Further update on my experience with this disgusting company. I ordered a mattress at the same time. Was told delivery will be July 10th. I then discovered that they do not have it is stock and it would not arrive till August. I canceled the order as I was not informed I will not get it on the 10th July. This company has a very bad attitude and are only good for taking your money, avoid at all costs.

Pretty upset actually as I bought a sofa, changed my mind and they haven't refunded my money £1200 owed and my bank has started a dispute now.Dont get me wrong it was a lovely sofa...just be careful as you have to fight to get your money back...
