Ordered a Deliveroo from Wagamama…

Ordered a Deliveroo from Wagamama Plymouth. Extremely disappointing! Very overpriced. Mostly noodles and rice. Minimal meat and vegetables. I rang to complain, only to be told there was nothing they could do, as we ordered from Deliveroo. We will never order from here again.

Visited Wagamamas Cribbs Causeway for a family lunch
Amongst our part was a wheelchair user and a pram
Despite their accessibility statement the reality is somewhat different.
Tables and seating are tightly packed with seating bolted to the floor
I find this totally unacceptable that such a large chain should be allowed to continue trading without true accessibility for its customers

At Wagamama, the customer is NEVER right!

Spent a fortune for a celebration dinner & the food was repulsive and inedible - we had to throw it out & it ruined our evening! Beef teriyaki noodles were burnt, dry and flavourless except for a rancid oil taste. Bang Bang Cauliflower and Wok Tossed Greens were soggy, overcooked and literally drowned in the same rank oil. Gyozas were bland and irrelevant. Kimchi was nasty and salty with a foul aftertaste. The only edible thing was the chicken katsu and it's no better than cheap competitors. Wagamama used to be good 20yrs ago, but now it's just shamefully overpriced, repulsive swill. Even though I only requested a partial refund, Deliveroo and Wagamama don't believe me & couldn't care less! The absolute worst food and worst service from a bunch of liars & con-artists. At Deliveroo and Wagamama, the customer is NEVER right & you're guilty until proven innocent (spoiler: not gonna happen). Gonna order a takeaway from Uber Eats to celebrate when both these companies go out of business.

Jamie is the best!

The young lady (Jamie) that served us in the Nottingham branch was amazing! Despite coming in, an hour before closing she served us with so much energy and such a positive attitude. She was very warm and personable and had such a lovely demeanor. I hope we have the pleasure of being served by her again.

Absolutely 5/5 - at McArthur Glen outlet

We had a lovely meal with Wagamama at the McArthur Glen outlet in Nottingham. The food was fresh and so tasty and served in good time. What really made our experience special was how attentive Caz and the manager were (sorry I didn't get your name) with an allergy in our group. We felt very reassured and looked after and will certainly be back. Thanks for a great experience ☺️

Underwhelming experience

Underwhelming experience
Food: some great, but the beef raman (although nice) wasn't worth the coin in our opinion.
Also, the Salmon (in a menu dish) was like sliced in half: it looked good initially, until lifted up and saw how thin it was. We are not greedy folk, but that was Naughty, and disappointing.
Our serving person was polite, however, we felt somwhat pressured to order - and what was said to us after seating, was robotically repteated to other 'just seated' customers, and so spoiled any feel of a unique experience.

Meh!

Cold food...

We ordered both food and drinks at Wagamama Southampton West Quay. The food arrived first, but it was cold and tasted noticeably worse compared to other Wagamama locations we've visited. The drinks came very late—we had to ask twice before they were finally served.

It felt like the staff's main priority was to serve food as quickly as possible just to free up the table for the next customers. This likely explains why everything, even the steak, came out pre-cooked and cold.

Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this particular restaurant.

Went for some food at the Leicester…

Went for some food at the Leicester Wagamama. I ordered the Udon chicken/prawns. Honestly was one of the worse Udon I've had compared to before. It was cold lack of flavoring and literally no chicken at all in there. Service was good how ever the food was not. I don't see what people see in this place. The Leicester branch has for sure gone downhill.

Not good. Will not go again.

This review is for the Clarks Village branch.
On arrival we sat in the outside area because we have a dog and could not therefore sit inside, which was not a problem as we were aware of the policy regarding dogs before we arrived. After waiting for about 10 minutes, one of us went inside to get the attention of a server. Several minutes later a person arrived at our table and asked for our order but at that point, as we had not been given a menu, we asked for one. The server told us that we should have come in through a different door where we would have been given a menu. There was no notice by the outside seating to advise this, which would have been helpful.
We ordered our food and one main course arrived quite quickly. There were two side orders which arrived about 20 minutes later. At this point the first person to receive their main course had finished eating. About ten minutes later the second main course arrived so approximately 30 minutes after the first.
I am aware that the courses may not arrive at the same time but a gap of 30 minutes is unacceptable.
Neither of the main courses were particularly good, the ramen broth was pretty tasteless. The other main course did not contain all the elements shown on the menu and it was barely warm. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Disappointing no stamp on my soul club app and no response from Wagamama

Dined with a friend at Wagamama Hatfield Galleria on 26th March, spending £38.50. Used my soul club app, for the second time with assistance from waitress. I noticed my stamp wasn't showing and queried it with her, and she said it takes 24 hours. Well this was the 26th March and Im still waiting. I have contacted wagamama on their website three times, and they send a standard thank you for your email, we will get back to you response. Still waiting for that too..... until that time I will not recommend or be returning to Wagamama

Telford restaurant appalling management

Telford restaurant. First time using click and collect not first time at Wagamamas. Spent almost £60 on an order which was placed online as being hearing impaired it is easier than a phone call. No where on your website site did it say unable to collect Soul rewards on our order. They would only do it if the order was phoned through. Obnoxious team leader not helpful and was actually very arrogant and aggressive in her manner. No actual manager available to talk with so would welcome a manger to contact me. For a warm welcome advertised on the website, the only warmth was the food! Avoid very disappointing service!

Swansea is a great restaurant with helpful staff

Lunch in a quiet restaurant was really nice. Lovely meet/greet/server (Nicky?) who couldn’t have been more helpful with advice & suggestions for my friend who didn’t want anything spicy. Food was quick & hot, decent portions & tasty.
Swansea now joins Dorchester in my top 2 Wagamamas.
Thank you Swansea Team for a fantastic lunch.

Desert and service at London Southside

The food was good until I ordered the banana katsu. The miso ice cream was nice but the fried banana fritter was dry and tasteless. Service was slow especially drinks. My second drink took over 20 minutes to arrive. Most waiting staff ignored my attempts to order dessert that led to my decision not to leave a tip which was a first for me.

I went to Wagamama in Dorchester last…

I went to Wagamama in Dorchester last night with 5 friends. My 1st ever visit to wagamamas and I will definitely be going again. Food was amazing, all so fresh and flavours amazing. Staff especially Carlo’s looked after our every need as I’m allergic to fish and another in our group gluten intolerant. Ensuring we knew of all dishes to avoid. Service very prompt and as well as Carlos looking after us all staff were vey efficient,
friendly and welcoming
