Customer service just doesn’t exist
Customer service just doesn’t exist. I have asked the simplest question 15+ times in the past week and every response is generic and information provided is irrelevant to my actual question. It really is all automated because I don’t believe a genuine human could fail to understand the question. I asked how to lodge a complaint, and I’m not expecting a response. Humans seems to reply to this.. so let’s see.

This was the second time I called upon Wagepay to help me out of a sticky situation, A repeat experience of the first time accessing their service. Concise, smooth and rapid. I can't heap enough praise on these guys. Thanks for assisting me again, in addition, I absolutely appreciate your responsible outlook as a short term lender, both in the amount I borrowed, the period allowed to repay and not to mention, charging only a small and reasonable fee for doing so.
