I bought two beds one double and one single for my three dogs
The quality and security of borh beds are excellent and all of the dogs seem comfortable and content. The colour blue, matches the car upolstery and they look as if they are travelling first class.The customer service has been exceptional and I thouroughly recommend this company

After a long wait due to issues abroad, we finally received our order.
I had good communication via email especially my concerns that my order may not arrive in time as I was moving house, the team worked hard getting my order out before my move date.
We tested out the travel bed on a 5 hour journey and our dog loved it, secure and safe he had the bed space in the car.
I am happy with my purchase would recommend but allow extra time for the delivery to arrive.

They don’t respond email properly. Such a poor business management

The stitching and padding quality is clear right out of the box. My dog keeps finding comfy positions on a daily basis. We’ve only had it a week but definitely worth the price.

Absolutely LOVE my Dog Dock V2’s!
Not only do they look snug n’ cosy but the quality is second to none. So much so that when I realised I’d ordered the wrong size, I jumped straight back on to Wagging Rights website and order the correct size.

Returning the DDV2’s has been made incredibly easy thanks to Max. I just emailed requesting a return and two days later I’m at my local post office dropping them off.

I would also like add that I feel that some of the negative reviews regarding delivery times are hugely unjustified.
When I ordered my DDV2’s the website and the confirmation email clearly stated that these were on a ‘preorder’ so wasn’t expecting next day delivery.

In my humble opinion, they are well worth the wait!! :)

Pre ordered two beds for a discount and they arrived on time. My dogs love them. Both dogs had a tendency to whine and cry in the car and that has reduced dramatically and they are much happier and settled. Quality is excellent and I love the safety aspects. My brother was very impressed and I believe he is also going to order two. Five stars from me.

Ordered bed but waited two weeks for a delivery date. After chasing was given a delivery date. Didn’t arrive. Chased again was informed they were over subscribed. Asked for refund - still waiting despite chasing frequently. Will be taking up with Trading Standards and my credit card company. Do not use

Alfie loves his new car seat.
We tested it out this morning & he stayed put the whole journey, instead of his usual moving around constantly.
It’s soft, yet sturdy & really gives Alfie support from every side.
We had great communication directly from Max throughout the delivery process, due to unavoidable delays at the port.
We’re very pleased with the bed & would highly recommend wagging rights.

Not only are you buying from a small business but you are getting great value and a super stylish COMFORTABLE bed for your pup! My children have been trying to steal it as is is so comfortable, thank you to Jude and the team for creating such a good value, safe comfortable bed for the puppy!

You dont receive youre order waited 2 months then took another month to get a refund but many havent !
I have know received an email informing me they have had their instagram being hacked and could i like their page so most likely untrue and just trying to get the truthful bad reviews off their site

The bed is as advertised. Good quality, not chintzy; vegan leather is thick, stitching is straight and tight, good color too (got the green). Was delivered 8 days after I ordered it (I was confused at first because my order said 'pre-order', but then the next day I got a 'your order is on it's way email'). There was a very slight smell, but it was gone after airing it out for a couple of hours. I recommend this product.

My dog ​​loved the bed; she used to travel standing up in the back seat, but now she lies down and sleeps very comfortably. I recommend it 100%; it is very comfortable and safe. You just need to be patient with the delivery—in my case, it took a week longer than expected—but it’s worth it.

Finally received my dog dock after ordering late April. It was a pre-order for end of May but delayed until middle of June. I did receive email updates about the delays but was also bombarded with emails about ordering another. I did wonder if it was a scam, but they did answer my queries and partially refunded me due to the longer wait/delays(I also checked companies house). Dog dock received and was surprised by lack of instructions or a simple leaflet in the package itself? However, the dog dock is as advertised and looks good!

Unfortunately my partner mistakenly ordered this when I had already ordered a dog bed earlier so I had to send his order back. A lot of the negative points of this site refer to bad communication but the communication I received about sending the parcel back were absolutely top notch. So no complains except about my stoopid partner :-)

One star because I can’t give 0. Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a dog car seat then was told they had made a mistake and didn’t have enough stock. I cancelled the order and said I’d take the offered refund which still hasn’t been processed. And now I’ve had an email saying that their insta account has been hacked so watch your data anyone who has used this company!

The bed is fantastically well made and comfortable for my dog - he loves it and is much calmer when travelling in this.
So why isn't it a 5 star review?
Because of the lack of instructions on how to fit the bed in a car.
None included with the product so I have had to rely on the video on the website. Even played at half speed, it is impossible for me to get a full understanding.
Which rings do I use for the straps - upper, lower or do I need both? How many isofix clips should be used as I can only persuade 1 to clip in?
Sort this please.

This is a great bed, feels very sturdy and is well made and the feel of the fabric is nice. It was easy to put together and install in the car, it looks really smart, and feels like a safe seat for our dog. It’s nicely padded and feels very secure - my only regret is that I wish I’d bought the larger size - because it’s so padded (which is a good thing!) the actual interior space is less than I envisaged, we have a small to medium size 10kg dog and he’s happy sitting up in it, but he can’t really lie down. The shipping took a while but there were regular updates, overall very happy and would purchase again and happily recommend.

Just received my dogs new car seat. Had pre-ordered so was very excited when it arrived.
Set up in the car using the iso-fix and wow what can we say it’s fantastic. As soon as we put our dog in it we felt sure he is secure and it doubles up as a dog bed if we need it. I would not hesitate recommending you purchasing one straight away, you won’t regret it.
