We ordered well in advance because we desperately needed it for a holiday with the dogs. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, but the delivery date kept slipping and slipping. Although I was assured it would arrive in time, it didn't.

That has lost two stars, however, the product itself is rather superb and I would recommend it.

I hope they can get their act together and NOT make promises they cannot keep. They'd have a lot more happy customers then.

After being absolutely convinced that WR was a scam, I finally received my order a couple of days ago (over a month after placing it).
Cons:
- poor communication and a ridiculous wait time. If you're not happy to wait at least a month, don't bother.
Pros:
- good quality product, and my dog loves it already. The iso fix points (four on the XL) dont quite match up to my car, but it's not the end of the world.

Ultimately, it seems like the WR team have bitten off more than they can chew and the internal structures need to be revised in order to provide much better customer service. I wouldn't order again, but I'm glad that I have the item that I paid for. I hope they are learning from their errors and continue to do better, as they're on to a good idea!

Despite the delays, it was absolutely worth the wait! I am happy to have finally found a product safe enough for my Labrador as it can be hard finding a suitable product for a large breed in the car. The material is fantastic, not only is it wipeable, but it’s also keeping her cool in this weather. Such a great Product and lots of thought clearly gone into the design. Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend and worth the money.

I preordered in June and was emailed to say they were running a couple of days late with despatch. That date came and went so I emailed and they said it was about to be sent. Nothing happened so I emailed again and they said it would be despatched the next day. Nothing happened so I asked for a refund. It was then despatched the next day. It’s a nice enough bed but given I wasn’t sure these people were legit I ordered and alternative from Luther Bennett which cost more but is much, much nicer.

The product is very good, feels quality, good cushioning, great isofix fixing, there are a couple of tweaks that would improve it, but overall the product is very good.

The material looks good with our black leather car interiors. The isofix fixing is very easy and gives a secure anchor to the car.

Our delivery was delayed, but I did order on a back order and a container had been lost, but we kept informed of the delay, not an issue as we were replacing an existing "dock".

The material is good for keeping clean and co-ordinating with our leather seats, but it gets hot in this weather, so I suggest covering it whilst the car is parked.

Delivery took forever and I did worry it was a scam. I received emails after reaching out to them that the bed was on its way. It did take nearly 2 months to arrive, which is far too long or needs to be communicated more clearly that there are delays.
The bed itself seems well made and of sturdy quality. I can’t wait to use it. But yes far too long a wait. Not good.

It took awhile to come, but it’s well worth the weight. I’ve got extra large for my golden retriever and it’s perfect as promised. Maxs said it would be here before the weekend and it was.

I would give no stars if possible. I ordered on 29th May, their email said at the time next day delivery (misleading as only sent for next day when they have it in stock!!!). I had not received it by the 6th June asked for a refund which he said he would do. I then ordered from someone else. He has now sent the bed and it was delivered on 14th June!!! I will be selling it as I am not sending it back because I don’t know if and when I would get a refund.

I was a little wary about ordering as quite a few mixed review, but I really needed a XL dog bed for my Rottweiler for longer car journeys and after seeing the ridiculous prices of some I decided to risk and and order on my credit card for extra protection just incase;

It’s taken less that a week to arrive. I’ve literally unpacked it and set it up in the car.
My dog has jumped right in and actually won’t get out of the car now!!

For reference: car Volvo XC60 and I think you could still fit 1 passenger next the her bed.
She is 36kg and she has plenty of room.

Looking at the past reviews it all seems to be about delivery ? You can have the best product on the planet, "Late" is not good, however ...

Mine was delivered in 5 Days, the quality is excellent, very well made & the materials used look robust / built to last.

We bought this at the introductory discounted price which makes it even better. Looking at the product its defiantly worth more than what we paid for it.

Tethering the dog while in it is probably the only issue, looks like a lead tethered to a an ISO fixing is going to be the best option

Was worried about this after placing the order. Company states next day delivery and after investigating further reviews really worried I’d been scammed.
Anyway, the bed took one month to arrive. I did receive updated emails and replies to emails I sent. Also had an offer of 10% refund due to delay in delivery but so far no refund received.
Relieved to have received it. Fits in both cars nicely, a little snug in smaller car. Secured with ISO fix and puppy jumped straight in and so far has enjoyed the journeys he’s taken.
I am pleased with the bed. Company just needs to advertise correctly about expected delivery times. It’s next day delivery once they’ve received your pre ordered item.

We have received the order we made but it took a bit of chasing - I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing - they promise 24 hour delivery but that is incorrect. I think they over promise but also something doesn't feel quite right about the business - misrepresenting the Trustpilot score is one example. We have the dog bed and time will tell if we made the right choice - be aware

SCAM - Do not order from this site!
Ordered 2 beds on 29/04/26 and still have not received them after 10 ½ weeks despite numerous correspondence with the Company – always excuses - waiting on DPD, giving a screenshot of the order then an offer of 10% refund due to the delays which I never received.
I then sent an email and message through their business chat requesting a full refund – communication has stopped from the company. Now contacted credit card company.
I emphasise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

It was well packaged.
Fitting, there were four sturdy clips for the isofix. It was easy to put together and I am looking forward to taking my dog for an outing and using it

I have received my dog bed and I think it’s amazing fits in my car really well. And my dogs love it 🙂

Would have been 5 stars if I wasn’t met with many delays. But I was kept informed, up to date and Max was transparent with communication. Sometimes you have to remind yourself that small businesses have it really hard with the likes of huge companies. But the quality of this product is unmatched. I bought this on pre-order so it might be once they have got over this then they will have demand stock and maybe a better system for inventory.

The bed is great, the colour is really nice. Fits perfectly on the back row of a Fiat 500 for our 2 dogs to sit together in. The iso clips are really good. Not too difficult to undo but for safety you don’t want the clips just popping out while you’re driving.

Give them a chance and remember it’s not life or death if the order is late. They are a small business who are competing with the big dogs and need support. If you don’t mind waiting a little bit then definitely go with them as you won’t regret it and the product does arrive.

After being involved in a serious Road traffic collision earlier this year and spending 10 weeks in Hospital, first week in intensive care, thankfully I was on my own in the colllision. I decided to order the large dog bed for my two cavalier King Charles spaniels, unfortunately due to the high demand I had to wait longer than anticipated but I must say Max and his team kept being informed all the way I know feel safer carrying my precious cargo in the back of the car at highly recommend them to anybody as the quality is absolutely superb, first product, first class company.

Great seller , they keep you informed which is good as there was a delay in mine .
I ordered medium and tbh it’s a little small I have a patterdale terrier so thought it would be ok .
I am going to try and see how I get on as she only just fits in.
I would advise doing measurements but I really did not think she would need a large from the adverts I saw.

Dropped 1 star due the length of time we waited for delivery. Waited nearly 2 months from pre order to delivery. However once it arrived it has been a game changer for longer journeys for our Fur Baby. No instructions with item but easy to assemble. Also had to watch demo video to get correct position in the car for iso fix installation. Very secure once in position. Very happy with purchase.
