Absolutely appalled by this website. I purchased my Oud 22 days ago and it still has not arrived. I emailed three times in regards to this issue & they responded once saying the will look into the matter but did not get back to me. The website said 3-5 day deliveries but still hasn’t arrived. Just took my money & haven’t even bothered to refund me. Do not purchase from here!
I have still not received my order (perfume oud) even though it states delivery is between 3-5 working days, today is day 8. The website has no way for us to contact. No number or email. My money has been taken! Seems to be a fraudulent website! Do NOT order from here!
It’s been 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order. I’ve calling the company and the phone line is cut off. Nobody is replying to my emails or on social media. My Money was taking out of my account as soon as I placed the order.
If anyone has received a refund please let me know how they managed to do that.

Purchased the Oud al Kabah and it smells so great and it brought back so much memories from when I went to Makkah and it smells exactly like the Kabah.
