water was great and tasted good

The water is great, as always. But the delivery was unfortunate. The FedEx guy put a VERY heavy box of water bottles in right front of my front door so I couldn't open the screen to get out of my house and get the box. Very stupid customer service and gratuitous inconvenience on the part of the delivery guy. I had to get help. Then I broke two fingernails trying to get the box open. It is now sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor like an ugly toad until I use up enough of the bottles to be able to move it. Never again. I don't know why I just can't get it from your local distributor, one or two bottles at a time like it used to be.

The water taste great, smooth, and does my system very well. The PH is super, the information helpful and I might as well be a promoter of you product on my job.

I purchased some of this product during my recent trip to Hawaii and was excited to order more. When the box came the inside cardboard holder was damaged and there was only 5 bottles in the box instead of 6. Other than that I love the concept and the product.

Truly I’m grateful to find Waiakea has it’s own cause other stores or expensive !

My order was damaged during transit and it was sent back, I contacted customers services they promptly responded and sent me an replacement order, very quick turn around, I'm very pleased😊

Your customer service was extremely helpful . We are seriously considering getting a monthly subscription for this great water. Only thing is here on the mainland we can only get it from certain Target stores but was told the marketing department is working on expanding it …i sure hope so !!

I absolutely LOVE your water! It's all I drink. The taste is so smooth. Hate that my local Walmart stopped carrying it, but luckily I can still order from your website!

I had bought a bottle out of the store. When I tell you this is the most refreshing good tasting water 💦 I have ever tasted . Then I went on the website and bought a case the delivery was fast . I will be buying more water 💦

Most of all my water was broken at the top of the lid slowly leaking out , my box was falling apart and wet -Labels were on all over the place on the bottle .

Tastes very good, I bought the boxed version and love that it has a build in spout. Wish you had a non-plastic option or at least a BPA FREE option. I would buy this regularly if you did.

We ordered two dozen one-liter bottles. They arrived quickly, but one box containing a dozen bottles was damaged and half of one bottle had leaked out soaking and weakening the box.

We live in the Southeast US but work for a client in Honolulu. We started buying Waiakea water and really like the smooth taste, so we placed the initial order to see if we want to get it over a local water that we really like.

Hopefully our next order will be delivered intact.
