ETC Wainwright was recommended to me by a friend when my bathroom needed fully replacing. From the very first visit to the showroom in Easingwold I felt welcomed. Ruth was endlessly patient and full of good ideas and guidance (and provided many cups of tea and chocolate) while we went through design and price options, until we had a gorgeous design that worked with the slightly awkward, small room and within my budget. Ruth and Nigel were both so helpful all the way through the whole process and responded quickly to all phone calls and emails.

The work was booked in quite quickly and Neil and Jonny have done a fabulous job. They were really easy to have in the house, calm and pleasant, communicated well and left the house tidy and clean every day.

The room had originally been damaged by a leak and they had to replace the floor boards and some wall plasterboard before installing the new bathroom - it was such a relief to see, day by day, everything made safe and all the work done so thoroughly and properly with care and attention to detail.

It was also a relief to have one company manage everything - the design, supplying everything, repairing the room itself, the plumbing, electrics, plastering and all of the fitting - all within budget and on time (the only thing left for me to do was to paint one wall).

A brilliant experience and thoroughly recommended.

I wanted to refresh my bathroom and popped Into Wainwright Bathrooms and sat down with Gail to chat about my requirements. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and everything came together to produce exactly what I wanted. She organised everything including the plumber, who was also first class, and I now have a lovely new bathroom which I am delighted with. I would definitely recommend Wainwright Bathrooms if you are thinking of renewing or just refreshing your bathroom as you will receive first class service from very friendly people.

Both Simon and Gail with their expertise and flair made designing and completing my new shower room stress free.I greatly appreciated their kindness and enthusiasm.The fitters John and Dave were great and everything worked like clockwork.I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

Very helpful people and good selection of lights - and very efficient when ordering some items in for us. They also put us in touch with an excellent electrician who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Gail at Wainright bathrooms designed our en-suites and house bathroom. Now fully installed we are over the moon with how they have turned out. Gail is a great designer with lots of inspiring ideas. Wainwright offer a great and plentiful display of quality products, which is somewhat rare in a time when we often find ourselves having to select from an image online or in a catalogue. It was really nice to be able to see the lights and how they look lit up in person rather than having to imagine them. We also received some excellent advice and customer service during our visit before making our purchase. We’ll happily purchase from Wainwright again.

I have just had my en suite renovated and am really happy with the result. The designing by Gail was thoughtful and efficient. Simon delivered all necessary equipment promptly and the work started exactly when planned. Chris and his assistant were a delight to have in the house. They left everything very tidy at the end of each day and the end result was executed with a great eye on the finish, which is excellent. Thank you all concerned. Lesley Morrison
