I ordered 2 waist mafia trainers and I received about a month later. No janky packaging. No weird smell. They do the job as advertised. No issues at payment and no overcharges. I’m sorry that there are so many bad experiences. Mine did come from China. But my experience with them has been a positive one. I have had these now for 3 months and have washed them in my machine on hand wash. Still look and function great. No issues. I wear them sometimes both at once sometimes not for a few times a week. I do see now that their shop is no longer available.

If I could 0 stars i would! I literally hate it! Smells like a cast! It rolls up and is uncomfortable. It also took almost a month to recieve. I did the bogo but I only received one! I was so excited to try it too! It was my motivation after giving birth to start. I am 10 months pp so I was really looking foward to start my weightloss journey. Anyways. Its stupid!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a buy one get one free special on a waistband but I only received one after a month long wait. The waistband is not what’s advertised. I believe this company is a total scam.

Order took a month and when one of two finally arrived it's nothing like advertised. Poor quality, poor packaging just overall JUNK!!!

Ordered 8/8/25. Received 1 of them on 9/4/25. Scam product, not as described and from China. Janky plastic wrap and didn’t even get all what I ordered. Lesson learned.

I actually received my product but similar to everyone else, it was a month after I ordered and from China. The email address for customer service never responded to my emails. They say it comes with a how to guide and video, it does not. It was unceremoniously delivered in plastic wrap and not in the colors I ordered. Barely above an absolute scam

First, off this company pretends to be US based. The items are coming from China, which i has no guarantee of the quality of the items and any toxic chemicals used in the production of the waist trainer. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. I may dispute this charge with my bank due to false representation.

Scam company.. says delivered after 1 month since my order was placed. The item tracked from China. It is supposed to be a US company. I wish I had checked BBB or trust pilot before I ordered! I still have not received my merchandise.

I also ordered in July. Website says it will ship to you in a few days. I received a tracking number that shows it shipping from China but it’s just eternally stuck in transit. I think this is a scam company. I will report them to the BBB.

I placed an order on July 26 through shop and got a message on August 14 that it had been delivered to my address, but I don’t have it. I tried to reach out to them via waste mafia support their telephone number and text message and have not received a response. I feel like I got duped.

Ordered on July 22 and still have not received ANY updates or tracking information. I sent email requesting shipping date and have heard nothing back! Sent email to cancel and haven’t heard back. I’m thinking I got scammed!

I ordered from WaistMafia on July 26th. The website claims to ship from US, and that it would arrive within 4 business days. I expected it around the 31st, as I ordered it on a weekend. However, I have yet to receive it as of August 6th. The only thing I can find on the website indicates that it is “on its way” as of the 28th. The tracking number I received has it coming from China, and it was last updated August 3rd, saying that it was in transit there.

This feels very untrustworthy. Will update when the product is received.

Edit 1: 2 weeks and my order has finally gotten on a plane out of China. Not the 4 business days advertised.

Original: I haven't received my order yet, I will definitely review again after that happens.

I did want to point out that the website says these items are shipped from the US, but the tracking info I received is 100% from China. So not feeling very trustworthy on that front.
