I ordered from them two weeks ago and paid for 4-7 days priority shipping. I never received an email containing a tracking number. To top things off, I went on the website to try and track the order, and "Doris" sends me a message back on the chat that they are experiencing high demand and they would send it out when possible. My issue is, I needed the product for a trip I am taking in a few days. I asked for a refund, and that is when things went from bad to worse. I was informed that all sales were final and that there was nothing they could do to give me a refund even though nothing had been shipped out yet. My issue is I was never made aware of the fact the all sales were final before purchasing and I feel like I have been SCAMMED! I am so angry and I do not even want their products anymore!! I would just like my money back!!! Below is the email they sent me after purchasing. How is it that they can take my money but not tell me any thing regarding refunds or exchanges or anything at all?? I am furious!!!

It is now OCTOBER 1st, 2018! I contacted the company AGAIN and was told they are still waiting on shipment.. I was told that nearly A MONTH AGO as well!!! I filed my complaint with BBB and now I will leave reviews all over the Internet to hopefully stop someone else of making the same mistake I did for EVER giving them my money!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are ridiculous. My wife paid $85 for a waistshaper, then did not receive it after 2 weeks. She called them and they said the one she ordered online was actually not in stock, and they don’t know when it will become available. My wife asked for a refund and these fools said no refunds or exchanges. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

It took ages to arrive but i like my corset! good quality!

After more than 2 (!!!) months, they still have not shipped my purchase.
I have tried to ask for a refund - and it is not their policy to refund 🙄🙄

Cheapest fabric ever! More like a sleep wear!! Makes your body even more shapeless. Zero customer service, delivery time was over 2 months to UK. I also paid almost £31 to DHL upon delivery. Will never recommend to anyone.

SCAM company. Don’t order. Google reviews about them before giving away your money to them. You will *not* receive your product. All you get is some bs response about it being delayed for an undetermined about of time and they refuse to cancel or refund your money. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Am i being fooled?? There is no information about my order at all! Not in the website nor in the email at all!!!! Its been almost a month! Please help!

Just dreadful. Sizing charts are laughable. Returned the order, they won't refund. They now have a considerable amount of my money for nothing...

This company makes false claims on their website and on Facebook by advertising their product as back support; my Atenas Waist Shaper has made my back pain worst and all my attempts to contact them about this previously have been ignored. Both my GP and my physio are deeply concerned about how they advertise their 'waist shapers' and when I complained about their product on Facebook they didn't just ignore my comment, they deleted it and blocked me from their page - now I understand why there are only positive comments on it!!! Talk about false advertising. I should have known better than be so naive and seen from the start that the level of positivity on there sounded too good to be true!

Still; disgusting for a company to be using social media in a deceptive way to prevent a balanced depiction of their customers' experience. Obviously proves they have something to hide; most other companies I deal with can handle bad reviews be replying to them on their page and addressing their dissatisfied customers' concerns and issues. Don't waste your money on this harmful garbage!!!

They stole my money! Ordered, never got delivered. When I asked about it, they claimed a delivery attempt was made, but I was not there... My address is a shop, always someone there, so this is a pure lie! They offered to send again if I just give them more money.... 100% scam!! Don't buy!
