Forest was awesome! He’s very entertaining and has a beautiful smile!

This company will over promise and under or not deliver (in our case). Communication was difficult from the beginning and the bartender cancelled the night before he was scheduled to arrive. I’m honestly surprised I got our money back.

Excellent addition to my girlfriends bachelorette Party in Austin, Texas. Our guy was fun and friendly and made everyone in the group feel comfortable. I think this made her weekend, thank you!

I had a terrible experience with this business. I emailed to ask for information and told them I was interested in booking a waiter for an event. I receieved about three emails asking about my payment. I was informed that once I provided a payment, I was going to receive a list with pictures of my choices of waiters.

I made my payment and I did not hear anything from them. I emailed to ask about a list and until then, I was informed there was actually only one waiter available. I was promised that I would not be disappointed and I would be sent an image the following day. Two days passed without any response from them when I requested the image.

I was told the waiter was sending an updated picture. The day of the event, I emailed them confirming the booking. I did not receive a response until AFTER the event letting me know that they waiter backed up at the last minute.

Terrible service!!!!

Here’s an update to the review I posted almost two weeks ago. The day after posting it, Ben decided to finally message me back to ask me to take down the review I posted on here and that the following week he would pay me (last week). With so many times of Ben claiming to pay me I responded stating that I would take down the review once I was paid, due to my lack of faith in him. To sum everything up, it’s a good thing I didn’t take down the review because he is no longer responding again and never paid me. He never gives a last name or a address for the business so there is no way to attempt to receive these lost wages or report the company to BBB. Again I suggest that customers do not book this company because he is ripping you off and stealing from his employees.

Waiters in Boxers was exactly what we were looking for. The owner, Ben was extremely professional and courteous. He assured me that we would be very pleased with the "waiter" he sent. Dylan, our "waiter" would be was an absolute doll! He arrived on time and was sweet, respectful, helpful, fun and charming. He was exactly what we were looking for. The bride wanted a little "eye candy" and someone to mingle and mix at her bachelorette party but didn't want a cheesy stripper or something like that. Dylan was the perfect answer. All of the ladies loved him and he added the perfect touch to our party. I would highly recommend Waiters in Boxers to anyone looking to add a little spice to a ladies night.

I had a fantastic experience with Waiters in Boxers. The service delivered was everything as advertised. I corresponded with Ben to book my reservation and confirm all the details. He responded immediately when I sent various e-mail inquiries and answered all my questions along the way. Our waiter, Mike, was simply fantastic! He arrived on time and so attentive to all the party guests. We had a blast while he was there! I'll definitely use Waiters in Boxers again in the future.

Daniel was great and fun, and we all had a great time. He had just about zero knowledge of anything bartending related, hence the 4 stars. We certainly didn't book him for his bartending expertise, but it would have been a plus. If all you want is shots and single mixers, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience. Daniel was great, he was a lot of fun, very professional and accommodating. Ben was also very easy to work with when coordinating prior to the event. We were all very happy with the experience.

This is my second time useing Waiters in Boxers USA and they did not disappoint. The young men were great. Not only did they look good, they were very personable and helpful throughout the event. The guests really enjoyed interacting them as well!

It was a challenge getting everything set up and communicating back and forth with 'Ben' in the beginning. However, the result was great. We received 2 phenomenal guys who waited on my team of 13 girls for a bachelorette party. They were not hesitant to do what was asked of them "within appropriate limits". They were hott and fun to interact with. Good company and entertaining for sure.
