I ordered £120 worth of canned dog food…
I ordered £120 worth of canned dog food which I was told had left the depot 4 days later after 6 days having not received the dog food I called. They said they would look into. I got an email 2 days later saying that although it had left the depot my order appears to have been lost. They offered a reorder or money back. I tried to phone on the number they gave but no answer it just keeps cutting off. For a company like Waitrose this is the worst service I've ever received. My dog is now out of food and will have to source from somewhere else!!!

Appalling service. I have made numerous orders.... delivery dates rarely met, Requested VAT invoices for Insurance purposes overlooked and requested time and time again.
I just tried them again, post Covid-19 lockdown - their website claims they are back to normal service.... and they are - the lousy service of old.
It is hard to believe this company has any connection with Waitrose in anything other than name.

First time I’ve ordered dog food from…
First time I’ve ordered dog food from this company as they had a deal on for two 12kg bags of utarky white fish and potato and within two days all three of my dogs where violently sck I’ve been offered a refund at least that’s something but obviously will have to go back to the original food they where on.
