Fast shipping, Customer Service always so courteous & prompt, and great quality baskets. Andria is always so pleasant and friendly to communicate with. I do wish Wald Imports could offer mix & match bundle option for items that are within the same price range. Maybe one day? Great products, shipping was faster than estimated, costumer service excellent!

would have easily been 5 stars, however, I ordered planters with liners. Took the planters out one at a time, replanted, didn't see any liners. In the fifth planter were approximately 5 liners. The liners should have been with each planter or placed separately in box. Otherwise, super!

My merchandise was broke but the company sent a replacement.

We have to tell you that customer service at Wald Imports is excellent!! Thank you Sandra for being so pleasant with us! While the wagon should have been easy to put together, we had to drill another hole because one of the holes was not lined up; we also had to file one end of the handle to get it to fit into the opening; and lastly a piece of wood was hanging and not attached. The wagon is fragile, but Diane loves it and that’s all that matters, so thank you Wald imports for carrying this product and many thanks to Sandra

The product was a great price and shipped super fast. I overlooked my plant shelf upon receiving it and then put it up as it was bought for my wedding. Upon the first use (to hold cupcakes) it fell apart.
