It’s the little motivation that keeps me going. When I hear you’re almost there it helps me keep going. It lets me know how much time I have to walk and when I’m almost done I love ❤️ it

It is difficult to change full screen during workouts???

I have been on walk fit for over now and it really has motivated me to walk more. I love the quick workouts every day as they are so easy to fit into my busy schedule. I feel so much better physically and mentally.😊😊😊

Started Tai Chi Walk about 2 weeks ago.
I absolutely love it .
The variety of exercises are excellent which encourages you to keep going.
It is very gentle on your joints but very effective.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Awesome app. I'm ususally on it daily with the walking exercises. The monthly price could be a little less but I'm enjoying the app.

It is very easy to follow and quick yet feel like I am getting a workout.

I can't download the app, and they have charged me an extra £49 after one month when they know I have never used the app. because I cannot download it.
They have replied to my review, so let's hope that something can be done. I will keep you updated.

The exercises are not gender appropriate and not effectively choreographed.

WalkFit has been a great addition to my daily workout routine. I’m a 70 YO W and I find I can keep up with the exercises and I appreciate the fact that it’s low impact. I use a recumbent bike, then stretches/yoga & PT exercises and end my routine with WalkFit for aerobics. I prefer an outdoor walk…but my left foot bone spur doesn’t allow it right now. WalkFit has not bothered the bone spur so fortunately I’m able to continue and replace it for walking for now.

The app is disappointing and WalkFit will try to charge you even if you’ve cancelled your subscription so beware.
After posting this review I received a refund for the renewal charge. The refund was handled efficiently but I was made to work for it.
I still remain underwhelmed with the App, I joined to do a Tai Chi walking workout but it faded into the background behind loads of other walk fitness workouts. It's really not a great app and I do still believe they're out to take your money over all odds.

As it is only 10mins I can fit it into my busy morning and they give me balance, flexibility and coordination

Easy to follow with helpful hints and feedback. I haven't seen any improvement yet but definitely feel an improvement in my fitness, motivation and sleep. I have found it very easy to include in my daily life so feel it is creating meaningful change to my health and well-being.

This is a good pace for me to get back onto an exercise habit. I appreciate the tai chi mixed with a daily step goal.

Hi,
I don't like the music during the exercises because it isn't rhythmic enough and makes it difficult to perform some of the movements properly.

The ease of the movements however, one of the movements suggest you tap your toes however the ladies are tapping their heels.

Reply from WalkFit
I had difficulty, through my own lack of internet use, to successfully use the app, but the company refunded my money.

Nice app to help keeping you motivated to get to your goal everyday.
Feels if it's just for you!
Lots of different walking routines.
Never get bored.
