Ordered boots 28 Nov received today 4 Jan, bit late for Christmas gift, pleased they eventually arrived, but lack communication and customer service means I will avoid this company in the future.
I prefer to use companies with customer services who will keep the customer in the loop if any problems arise.

Like others, order placed and paid and nothing! emails bounce back from the order link. I have sent an email three times via walkcloud website and still nothing! Now trying to find other ways to contact them.
Update! 14/01/21 Have received the shoes today and have to say that they are great! So comfortable and for like a glove, a shame that I didn’t get any response from customer services

The day after I complained the order arrived.But still, the fact that I couldn't get in contact with Walk Cloud.shop when I had a problem means I wouldn't use them again.

There should be a facility zero star ratings. Same experience as everyone else. Money taken same day as order, impossible to contact, no goods delivered.

Like many others, it appears I have been scammed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY ACCOUNT!

Also scammed by this shower of a company. Avoid.

I also have been scammed. No boots or sweater. Emails bounce back.when attempting to click on tracking number a window comes up with all sorts of nonsense.

Ordered shoes beginning of December and they are still in transit !!! Raging I never read the reviews. Money taken out immediately and confirmation email received, seemed very professional but like everyone else I think it’s a scam.

Very catchy and well made advertisement for nice water-proof shoes on Instagram. Very inviting to buy - what happens then: your money is gone and no shoes to be happy with !!! 🤬

Absolute scam. Ordered some gifs for family weeks ago, was hoping there was just a delay in delivery. Over £70 down the drain. The website is still up and running and can not find a way to report them. Ridiculous.

Ordered by Facebook on 4th November.
Received a confirmation e-Mail but no communication at all after initial email.
Surely there should be some kind of come back.
This appears to be a total scam!
I thought I was savvy but this proved that anyone is at risk from these bogus companies.

Disgraceful, ordered pair of boots 1st Dec, took money straight away no boots 3 wks later. Total scam company all emails bounce back. Stay well away😠😤

Add me to the list of those conned by these people. Same experience as everyone else - ordered boots and a sweatshirt, had confirmation, credit card charged and then nothing and no way to contact them. Shame on them!
JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER DELIVERED BY HERMES (28th December). BOOTS ARE NICE AND COMFORTABLE. SHAME THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAIL ENQUIRIES - THEY MIGHT HAVE HAD BETTER REVIEWS.

Well it looks like I am another person who has been scammed. I am really upset and sad that in this dreadful time for human kind, we have scum like this! Someone MUST shut down this site!

I WOULD PUT NO STARS, BUT NOT AN OPTION, I HAVE PAID FOR GOOD LOOKING BOOTS OVER £35 AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM OR ANY EXPLANATION AS TO WHY NOT.

if you email them it bounces back
surely they should not be allowed to advertise and be shut down

I too have paid for walking boots and have nothing received.
Email is incorrect.
I have used contact from website for recent request for delivery or refund.

I am concerned at lack of communication.

I ordered the boots offered, have received no email to confirm order although the money has been taken. Also received no response to my emails. This is a very well constructed scam. Will be claiming a refund from my bank. Do not use this company.

JUST RECEIVED MY WALKCLOUD BOOTS.
They are exactly as described. It was not a scam.
Hope all other's who have posted here will also receive theirs. Possibly postal problem. The lack of communication still a problem though. Hope they sort that out. THANK YOU Walkcloud

I⁸ have paid for walking boots and not received them or any updates. My tracking number leads me to a Chinese site and via google translate it says it does not recognise my tracking number.
I have emailed but received no reply.

Just seen all the other people that have been duped. I kind of still hoped something had gone with my order. First time i bought anything via FB ad. Shoulsb't FB compensate us all - endirsing a bogus company? Sorry all others had bad experience too.
Do not use this company.
