New entry installation
Grant and Evan came out to upgrade my handset. I also had a ring intercom that they helped install which was above and beyond what I’d expected. Really nice, friendly and patient. Cannot rate more highly.

The first gentleman who came to fix our buzzer wasn’t warming a mask (during lock down!) and my flatmate is immunocompromised. We pointed this out and he said, ‘it’s in the van, sorry’ and continued... Once the buzzer was replaced, we get complaints from a few neighbours that front door is now permanently open, a clear security risk. One of our neighbours gets someone else in to fix it. He turns up at our door to ask if he can have a look at our buzzer. After inspection, he takes off the handset and see that the wires which opens the latch at the front have been permanently twisted together. This new Lecky is real annoyed at this shoddy work and says we should try and get our money back. He fixes the problem. We call WSS to complain and they turn it on us saying we only payed for the labour and not the parts. We refuse to pay this and then a few days later, the same gentleman turns up (with no mask again!) at our door demanding the money. My immunocompromised flatmate, who has had nothing to do with this ordeal, doesn’t know what’s going on and she is terrified by this man demanding payment. She calls me and I decide to transfer WSS money just to get him to go away. Honestly, I couldn’t believe how much of a cowboy builder experience this was. Felt powerless and that we were taken advantage of as we are all students with little experience of how these things work. I don’t just not recommend WWS, I actively warn against them!

Fast, friendly, great value
I did some research on the price of getting the door entry system fixed in the flat and these guys came out with a really competitive price. They came around and diagnosed the problem with no obligation to use them to fix it. They were able to get the system back up and running on the same day I placed the call. Their engineer was such a nice friendly honest and trustworthy guy. I'd highly recommend them.
