Delayed delivery despite paying for express delivery
I paid additional money to get 1-2 day delivery and it ended up arriving 4 days after I ordered it.

Hi Jon, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm very sorry that there appears to have been a delay in your delivery.
Having looked into this I can see that you placed your order on Sunday 10th November and we despatched it by DHL Parcel on Monday 11th November on their next day delivery service. However looking at DHL's tracking information it does look like there were delays (it doesn't give me any more information I'm afraid!) and delivery was eventually made on 14th November.
You are absolutely right that you paid for the express delivery service and this was not met, however I would stress that this is down to the courier and in my experience with DHL Parcel problems like this are extremely rare.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention though, I have refunded the delivery fee from your order and this will be back in your account in the next few days.

Unfortunately on Monday 14th October we updated something on our website and due to some strange technical glitch it managed to re-send despatch confirmations for a load of orders from 2020! I'm very sorry for any confusion that this caused but please rest assured it was just a random technical error and what you were sent was not an invoice and you were not being asked for any money.
I hope the order that you did receive on time years ago worked well and hope that you would use us again the next time you need a new blade.
