I had an issue with my WalkingPad C2…

I had an issue with my WalkingPad C2 and decided to contact the technical support team through the official website.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they responded - already the next day I received a reply from Anna. She provided a very detailed and helpful explanation about the correct silicone lubricant viscosity and shared useful recommendations for proper device maintenance.

The response was clear, professional, and easy to understand, even for someone without deep technical knowledge.

I really appreciate the high level of customer service and would like to thank Anna personally for her excellent support. It made a big difference and helped me better understand how to take care of my WalkingPad.

We really love the product

We really love the product. It’s exactly the quality we hoped for and functionally has been great with the fold up element. The company and customer service professionals (Anna and Sarah) have been so easy to work with and really responsive. Even when we had a shipment issue they took care of it right away. Very pleased!

Great product and fantastic customer service

I have regularly used my walking pad for almost 2 years and I still absolutely love it. Recently I had an issue with it and Anna with Customer Support was able to assist me. She had me try several different things until I was able to resolve the issue. Customer Service is friendly, fast, knowledgeable and patient. I have recommended this company to several friends and am a customer for life. Thank you WalkingPad!!!

Costco

I have purchased walking pad from Costco. The product arrived on time, and I have assembled it in 5mins. After assembly noticed on of the handle nob that controls closing and opening of handle was broken. I dis contacted walkingpad support team not seller. Walkingpad support was super helpful and sent me a video on how to fix it and sent the part free of cost. They guided me till I see it resolved.. this is real customer care and my reason for 5* rating is for the support. Otherwise the pad is great, compact and easy to move around.

Great Products and Customer Service

I purchased 2 walking pads (C2). One for the office and one for home. In white and black. They are great. I’m very happy with them. Features are as advertised. I also interacted with their phone and email support a few times while deciding to make the purchases, and in every instance they were friendly, helpful, and replied quickly. This company has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Awesome support

I had a minor issue with my new G1 treadmill’s jog dial. I recorded a video and sent it to support. Kate from support contacted me the next day and asked for a return. She was very pleasant and responsive. A return label was created in less than a day, and my treadmill is on its way back to the fulfilment depot. They sent a replacement the same day. I’m thoroughly impressed with Kate’s swift handling of the return process. I had a very positive experience with this company. Thank you greatly for your helpful assistance Kate!

My walking pad stopped working after 2…

My walking pad stopped working after 2 months. I bought a the extended warranty, but it was useless—they didn’t even engage me. I decided to reach out to KingSmith for help. To my surprise, they connected me to an agent (Anna) who was very helpful and responsive.
We were sent the parts to fix the pad but it was very complicated. We were able to eventually figure it out and get it working, but it shouldn’t have broken in the first place, so I can’t recommend.
But many thanks to Anna for excellent customer service!

An issue with the remote for the WalkingPad

I had an issue with the remote not working with my walkingPad. I contacted your company via email. Andy responded with a few UTube videos on how to re-pair the remote. I followed the video for the re-pairing and the remote now works with my WalkingPad. Andy then followed up with an email on the remote problem. I Thanked Andy for his assistance as I was able to fix the remote issue. I also stated that there were no instructions on how to pair or re-pair the remote to the walkingpad. I suggested to have the instructions be added to the instruction/set instruction book. Andy was great to work with in resolving the remote issue. Thank you Andy for your assistance. I enjoy using the walkingpad.

Awesome support staff

I just started my fitness journey with my stair go pad and when it was shipped a wheel had broken in transit, the support team was incredible in the process of getting me a replacement wheel. Highly recommend!

Great warranty help

Bought a KIngsmith Stairstepper through Costco and it arrived with the back wheel crushed (UPS). I contacted Kingsmith and Andy was able to send out a new wheel, free of charge, so that we did not have to replace the whole unit. Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent and Prompt Customer Service

I purchase the KingSmith Walkpad from Costco. and could not find accessory. Costco say could return it, but I want to give it a try first. Without remote control, it is very difficult to work with. So I try to contact KingSmith and the customer service person Andy are very kind to send me the remote, plus an manual pdf file after verify my purchase. I receive the package in couple days. From this experience, the customer service is excellent. plus the product is exceed my expectation.

Mini Cooper Wheels on a Pickup

This review is for only my first day with the machine. Upon initial inspection and first-time use, the WalkingPad X21 seems to meet expectations. One complaint I have is regarding the wheels; while fine but not great on hardwood flooring, they are not large or exposed enough to roll the treadmill smoothly (or at all, really) over even the thin mat designed to be used with this machine. I had to lift it into place. Unfortunately, considering the reason for a folding treadmill was portability, those wheels not being able to truly fulfill their purpose is a big detractor (-2 stars). HOWEVER, Kate provided excellent customer service (5 stars), working with me through a challenging experience. The score here reflects the average.

Issue resolved

I reached out via email to the WalkingPad company because my new walking pad remote would not pair to the device. The turn around time for the email was within a few days, and I worked with "Andy". After determining the steps to try and get the remote to work did not help, he quickly offered a replacement remote. I got the remote within a week and it paired to the device out of the package. I am so grateful that it worked! I am grateful for the communication and assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you!

Happy with pad and support

I've been using the walking pad for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Its easy to use and also works well for my husband who is 6'2". It is heavy, so don't expect to zip around moving it to different locations. The wheels help but a handle would make it much easier to move. The remote came not keeping time, so I contacted customer service and sent a video showing it was not working. Anna was quick to respond and immediately sent out a replacement. I am very satisfied with the product and the customer support.

Great walking pad to save space

Living in an apartment, it is great to have such a great machine, with a stylish look, foldable to have more space for receiving friends. I had a bad luck when I got help to move it in my apartment (an orange plastic pin broke), but Anni from the support center helped me with a replacement pin and a video on how to open the pad's arm to replace the broken part.
