We found everyone in the company professional and helpful from start to finish.John our fitter was first class and went the extra mile to ensure that the installation was completed as quickly and with as little mess as possible.
We are delighted with our new bathroom and would recommend John and the company.

A shambles from start to finish. Took my deposit in March started in June. When the fitter arrived quite a few bits were missing and he had to go and get wood and fittings before he could start,a shower door was missing along wth the sink and its cabinet. 3 to 5 day estimate then took 3weeks +. now the shower door wont fit but no one will call me back. I Retire.

Having had a new shower and bathroom units fitted by this firm I can well recommend them. The fitters did an excellent job and even recommended a better idea for the position of the shower seat and shower head, this gave more leg room than was originally on the plan. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. All work completed with in the time stated Thank you.

Failed to supply screen as ordered despite salesman assuring it was available. Goods delivered without warning Fitter 2 days late kept disappearing from job to buy equipment. Job left with pipework exposed which I fixed myself . Showerscreen leaked Tried to get this fixed under warranty but after 2 months their fitter never completed the repair . Then the company went bust. What a disgusting outfit!!!👎

This company has now ceased trading. The company continued to sign contracts and take 50% up-front deposits after the former managing director was given a prison sentence for fraudulently retaining customer deposits.

I ordered the Lux Monaco shower which looks breathtaking and the bathroom is more than i could of dreamed for. The install was quick and well communicated and the staff are more than helpful. Any question wasn't too much. Highly recommend

Whole process was extremely good. The fitter worked tremendously long hours to make sure the installation was completed to schedule and the standard of workmanship was excellent. The debris was all removed on the final day so by the time I signed off the job everything was ship shape. I am delighted with my new bathroom/wet room. It looks like a million dollars and is totally safe and personalised to my needs.

The director Has just been sent to prison for fraud for 26 months, Michael Lyndon Jenkins, his GM Teresa Dawn Brown has received a 21 month suspended sentence.
Nine charges and a further 5 charges levelled against the company over a dishonest scheme to defraud customers who tried to cancel orders after placing them and get back their deposits.
They preyed on the most vulnerable members of society then bullied and intimidated them.
Teresa Dawn Browne is still running this company, KEEP AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Although WIBAS demanded money upfront before the job was finished which is in the signed contract but on the white paper they gave us said 50percent when ordered rest on completion, they are not answering phone today when i have reported a leak in my walk in bath, so i have paid 7000 pounds for something i cannot yet use,also rubbish has not yet been collected as promised.
Search other companies as this one has no customer service skills except when its for their own gain

First class very pleased with work carried out by Sam it's all so 100% better for my wife you as Parkinson's every step of the way Sam was doing the work consulted us both and would recommend Walk in Bathroom and Showers to anyone also Rebecca you we dealt with in the phone was so very helpful nothing to much trouble thank you Maurice Blakeway

Stan the fitter did an excellent job installing our downstairs walk in shower & flooring. He always kept us informed on what was happening & arrived early ready to start work. We would highly recommend walk in showers especially Stan the fitter & Teresa from the Office.

We had a walk in bath fitted in February 2019.

At first all was fine, just what we wanted, but the panel gradually came away from the bath, and we now have leaks at the door. Have contacted them several times, but they seem to ignore us, and apparently no record of us at all.

UPDATE at 27 October. Their Plumber came and fixed the problems.
All seems well now. I think helped by the TrustPilot review.
Product: fine. Service: poor in this case, but maybe things have improved.

My fathers failing health prompted us to change from bath to a shower. We were visited by a very kind and patient salesman on a day that suited us (Saturday). There was no hard sell. He advised us on what we would need and what we could have. We live in an old farmhouse and no job is ever simple. The salesman spent time with us to make sure that what we chose was what would work and went through everything with us. We had specific dates that the job could be done between as my parents would be away so that they wouldn't be there when the work was going on.
Everything happened as Walk in showers and baths promised. The work started on a Saturday as promised. We had a really lovely chap called Stan that did the work. Nothing was too much trouble and his standard of work is exceptional. I think we were incredibly lucky to have Stan come and do the work for us. The fit and finish is brilliant.

The ladies in the office were also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them either. There were one or two little issues with an item or two missing from the order that had been delivered a couple of days before the work started. I called the office and the items were there the day after.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Everything was done with total care, my parents and the time frame in mind. The price reflects the quality of service, workmanship and quality of parts used and is really worth it. But best of all this bathroom has given my father his independence back and that is worth every penny.

Promised one day to fit not completed until late second day.
Plumber cut through water pipe and flooded shop below, he had to keep going out to buy fittings 2 hours each time missing.
Left debris for me to fall over, (disabled and partially sighted) then walked away leaving me to struggle to my feet.
Never fitted end panel, panel still missing.
Never cleaned up left everything in a terrible mess.
In response to your excuses that you posted here, yes, I was annoyed that you flooded downstairs and I had to send my carer down to clear up.
Yes I was annoyed that I fell over your mess and no-one offered to get me up, luckily my carer was here.

No I wasn't annoyed because you wouldn't put a screw in the wall for me but I was getting very annoyed about the terrible mess that was being created, and I'm still annoyed now.

Read this and be warned. terrible company.

I can't fault my experience with this company. From start to finish everything was handled in an extremely friendly and professional manner. A refreshing change from my experience with other companies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

The surveyor who carried out the survey was informative and professional in all aspects of the works a real professional.

Addendum to my review. The choice for the bathroom flooring from the swatch I chose was not observed and had to be reordered the flooring had to be taken up...After a very long time finishing the work. The bathroom door rehung and does not close. When I was asked to sign for the work I did not try the bath taps. Nothing was advised how to use the bath with taps at all. Another thing occurred the water outlet plug device did not work properly and the new plumber unscrewed it and found that a washer had been left in that prevented the plug to work. Which begs the question was it left in on purpose. So I would have to phone up for another appointment..
