Do note one have to pay for for both the initial shipping and the return shipping (which can be pricy based on the items) Even when shoes came dirty. Also the shipping packaging is very poor. For a niche store catering to sizes that are difficult to find, the "double shipping" cost makes it very risky for customers to try products.
Overall the website seems bit outdated and the warning messages everywhere is off putting. On a positive note, shipping is fast.

Maybe go to their warehouse and it works better but I would not purchase from their website.

Website is easy to use, and there was a decent choice of items (size 13 slippers)
Item was delivered very quickly with great communication from the delivery company as to when it would be arriving.
Would certainly use again.

I'd been looking for a pair of NB Hierro 6 for sometime, in a wide fitting, in my price range, luckily I found them at WalkTall, at a great price, I'd never heard of them before, so naturally did a quick bit of research, all good, and my fears were allayed as there's bank authentication on purchases too.
Even better, the shoes arrived next morning from an afternoon purchase the day before!

Walktall used to carry a great range of footwear and almost all of my shoes and boots came from them. I have not purchased anything from them recently however, for the simple reason that there is very little that I can find that I like. The selection has become very limited and is getting worse. A real shame.

been shopping with walk tall on and off for a couple of years never had an issue. I know a lot of people think £6.50 is a lot for postage but seeing as i used to have to import a lot of my shoes £6.50 is not a lot.

Great range of shoes for large footed people and reasonable prices too. Fast dispatch although P&P is pricey at £6.50!

Service is excellent - returned shoes as they were damaged, received the new pair before I even got a chance to return the damaged pair!
