Excellent experience. I ordered samples initially, the samples were a good size which enabled me to make my choice. Subsequently I placed my order, the process was straightforward and to my delight my wallpaper was delivered to me within 4 days. The quality is good and I will definitely be using wall-art.fr again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

The quality of the wall paper is excellent and the tone is as expected. Full satisfaction of a French client.

Horrible Experience. Made a big order, one of the giant round poster was badly printed (fine white lines as if the printer was missing ink) over the whole design.
Sent a request with pictures, no one ever replied to me.

Stickers de qualite. Parfait.

After a first delivery that failed for no reason, I ordered a second time. I received well the stickers which were supposed to be easy to install. It was not. There is no instruction in the package or on the website. I spent way more time to install than necessary and there was still wrinkles and bubbles. At least, from far it looks great.

Excellent choice, and the wall hangings, pictures and frames were really good quality. A minor issue with a missing item was remedied extremely quickly. Very happy and about to order again.

I really don't want to be "that grumpy customer" but the terrible service I got from wall-art.fr has to be called out.

I placed an order for the first time on October 6th and paid for delivery (yes, paying for delivery should guarantee faster service. Who pays for delivery these days? )

7 days later, I had still received zero information about the status or whereabouts of my order. I was the one who had to call them to ask about it and I was told there was a production problem. No worries, I know this happens when printing is involved but why wasn't I informed?

The order was shipped another 6 days later (2 weeks since I placed my order) but then it got stuck at the shipping company because the address I had input correctly on their site was given to the shipping company in German format, with the house number read backwards! Of course it couldn't be delivered and nobody at wall-art.fr informed me or tried to rectify the problem that they/their site caused. They just sat there and did nothing. I was the one who had to constantly check the status and whereabouts of the order myself.

That's not all. I sent yet another message to customer service complaining about the non-delivery of my order and instead of even attempting to fix the problem with the shipping company, they say they'll refund my money.

Okay no problem I'll just order elsewhere, but one week later and still no remboursement received/no notification of it ever even happening. That's 3 weeks in total that I've been dealing with this site and my money is still floating in the air with no product in sight.

The 2 week printing problem isn't even the site's worst drawback. Their sluggish service, lack of product visibility, a system that registers your address in the German format and leads your order straight to the graveyard of undelivered packages summarise what you'll get when you order from wall-art.fr. One might wonder if they have ever even made a sale in France. Just unbelievable that this actually happened considering the competition in e-commerce today.
