Wow, what luxurious linen. I visited Mt Maunganui store. The lovely Kati was so helpful. I was unsure which lovely doona cover to pick. Upon my return to Australia, regretting not purchasing the very popular hydrangeas. I made an online order of 2 hydrangea king doona cover sets and an organic sheet set. These are so comfortable too. Order was sent promptly and arrived to me within the week. I’m about to make another purchase as these products are too good not to share. Thanks Wallace Cotton.

I received two packages from the same order. One (from outlet store) was very well-wrapped with plenty of tape around it and arrived in perfect condition. However, the other package arrived partly open, with the contents exposed and the drawstrings from the inner cloth bag hanging out of the bag. It was clear that the opening of the outer bag had not been properly stuck down and no extra tape had been applied to ensure that the bag remained closed during transit. Very disappointing.
