Warrenty not honoured
I purchased a clock from Wall Art Istanbul in March 2024 for £213.33. The clock was shipped from Turkey and arrived after March 24. It stopped working within the first year. The company advertised a 5-year warranty. I contacted them via email to claim the warranty, and they informed me that it was no longer covered due to the time passed since purchase and offered no free replacement. I was not able to use the warranty as promised.

Loyal Customer Let Down by Recent Purchase
I have been a loyal customer of Wall Art Istanbul and previously had good experiences, but my most recent purchase was disappointing.
One item was not delivered despite promised dates, and communication through WhatsApp went unanswered. In addition, the product that did arrive had quality issues and required local modification to be usable.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating due to both product quality and lack of customer support. I hope the company improves its service and reliability moving forward.

Received a defected product. I was given a 10% refund. But it was very sad to have invested in a product from wallartistanbul and not be 100% satisfied.
