Ordered from sister company Bluesidestudios, received email confirmation that order was received and being processed 26/11/2024. Orders are supposedly delivered via next working day post and I have not received my order or any contact from the company. The website now says it is closed for maintenance. Please do not order through this new site that has been created which ironically has a couple of positive reviews. Thankfully I ordered using a credit card so have no worries about being reimbursed , however I feel for people who will have paid using their hard earned money on a debit card

Go elsewhere , very poor quality no refund or exchange

Having purchased a vinyl door wrap from wallartsonline of an American highway landscape, this is to replace an existing damaged one we purchased for a different seller.
The item is faulty as the sky is green instead of blue.
We have phoned this company on 3 separate occasions to ask for a replacement and left messages. We have emailed via their online ‘contact us direct’ page and have been ignored.
The door wrap can’t be used and we have lost £42 of our money.
Save your money and hassle by simply going elsewhere to a professional company that doesn’t send out substandard products and keeps your money.
