I didn't like that my project had slipped through the cracks and was seemingly forgotten about. It took me sending an email asking what's going on to get it back on track. I do like how it came out though.

Hi Derek -
Human error... everyone now and then something can fall through the cracks via software hiccups and it happened to be that yours did - so apologies on that!
Happy that you ultimately like how it came out!

The product was great packaging was not.
The decal itself looks AMAZING which is why I'm giving 5 stars. It was sent over quickly for review and my changes that I asked for were sent same day and shipped shortly after!
The box came banged up and it made the decal kind of wrinkled looking but was able to get it out with some elbow grease. Would have been better in a tube because the fragile sticker was just ignored by the postal service. Of course, not company's fault.

Highly Recommend
Wall Decal World has done two large decals for our business to put in our clinics. Both look great and have really defined our space to our branding. Communication has been easy and the efficiency of receiving the product was great. Highly recommend.

The logo was almost impossible to get on the wall. I purchased 2 one I destroyed trying to get on the other the vinyl was over stretched trying to get the outer paper off. I followed the instructions provided. I will never purchase from this company again.

Hi William,
We spoke via email after you gave us a review and we became aware of your issue. From what we gathered, your one looked good and just took more work to install than expected and for the second one that you had issue with, it was a small black text piece and we sent you out a new one. I hope that one worked well and warrants more than a 1 star review for our communication, willingness to fix, speed and quality.
Thank you!

Exceeded Our Expectations
We absolutely love our wall decal. The size we ordered was quite large (169 inch wide by 127.3 inch tall) and it couldn't have turned out better. The material that the decal was made out of was very good quality and went on the wall seamlessly. Because of the size, it did require at least 2 people to install it...but the process was fairly easy overall. We are so happy with the product and our overall experience working with Wall Decal World.
