Pretty good
I liked how even when my file was not working I had quick customer service. When I went to put the sticker onto our window, the transfer sheet was not very good. ALL of the lettering was getting stuck to the transfer paper. We are no inexperienced when putting up vinyl lettering. We also unfortunately had a lor of bubbles.

Messed up product!
Quality of printing was good, fast shipment, but the two halves of the 72" diameter vinyl decal we ordered didn't match with each other!!!

Orders that need to come in 2 pieces have a one inch overlap for easier install. So a 72x72 inch circle comes in 2 pieces with a one inch overlap which is why it seems like it didn't match up if you were trying to install right to the edge.
We always let you know how it is coming and where we split for clarity on orders who do a proof.

It was incredibly difficult to install. The tape was far to adhesive to make adjustments. I followed the instructions and watched the instructional videos. As soon as a single portion of the adhesive touched the installation surface it was too late to make any changes.

Great product. Need better packaging
Great product and service. Wish the packaging was better as there was no bubble wrap so the box got smashed in the mail. Thankfully, product was okay but could have been prevented.

Thanks for your review! We ship in a slightly thicker than normal box instead of a tube. We find that 99.9% of the time if there were to be any smashing of the box, it smooths out just fine on the wall. Glad that worked in your case. Shoot us an email if you need anything.
