How a multi million company survives when they hire amateurs? Stuck in between receiving emails and not being able to access my account,
-Coinbase sends emails with no options to unsibscribe
-Emails ask for identity verification
-All right lets login and disable account
-Must either complete verification or "sign out"
-Great- only a genius woulve think of this, something of an amateur or a first time dev.

Deleted my account "due to non-compliance"
I created my account with Coinbase in 2019. I wanted to start using it again, but it seems they just deleted it "due to non-compliance". I can't access it anymore. Oh well, I'll go somewhere else.

If Coinbase is ignoring you or refusing to give you information about your rewards or account status, you have a legal right to force a disclosure under GDPR Article 15. They are legally required to provide your full internal notes so you can see exactly what they are doing internally regarding your account, and I have already escalated my case to the Irish Data Protection Commission because they failed to comply with my request.
Do not let them dismiss your account issues or claim they cannot provide you with further details; immediately demand your complete internal logs under GDPR Article 15, and file an official complaint with the Irish DPC the moment they refuse or provide an incomplete record. You can also file with the authority in your country for free, which I did as well in my case.
I am currently fighting them through the official data protection authorities to hold them accountable after they refused to honor the reward and refused to give me the data I am entitled to.

deposited 10000.00 cash from my bank bought 9500.00 btc tried to transfer to my wallet would not go contacted support couldnt help told me to try again no go called support again no help they couldnt tell me why i told them to mke me whole and i would transfer my cash back to my bank since they would not let me transfer btc was told thet was impossible asked to speak to a supervisor support said they had no suppervisor i told them everyone has one said again she does not have a suppervisor got mad told her i would sleep on it before i said something not so nice thanked her for nothing and hung up. next morning i get a call from john with coinbase telling me he is there to help to find out why i couldnt transfer ask how much it was i told him 9500.00 he said that might have triggered the sysyem because it was so close to 10000.00 i told him to look at my pass transfers and that amount had gone thru the first time he said it might be something on my computer and he needed to put a coinbase extension on it to see wh i was having a problem i consented he transfer my btc out just not to my wallett but to his scamed it is awful funny that he knew i was having a problem w coinbase it is lke someone is talking to the scammers linda

Contact me when you have updated your ID recognition and your customer service. A leading company in a digital age that can't meet the requirements of human support or other verification options if their software doesn't work is shameful. I won't bother, I don't have much funds in that wallet, but if the day comes and the Tax service knocks on my door for documents, etc., you will need to talk to them.

Unauthorized taking of my money, no benefits
I was investigating rewards, and they took $39.99 from my account for Coinbase One without permission. This is fraud. They refused a refund. I talked to a customer service agent namyKim and she told me multiple lies. I encourage all to close their Coinbase accounts and do not sign up for Coin Base One. Total rip off. No benefits. They will syphon your hard earned money.
