I had mistakenly transferred my funds…
I had mistakenly transferred my funds to the wrong address on Telegram wallet, I wanted to run a P2P transaction, and didn't know that telegram wallet didn't support USDC, only USDT, so the transfer was successful, but it didn't reflect and I couldn't sell it, even though I was in dire need of the money.
I reached out to the tram and they explained the process to me and requested that I send a USDC address for a refund,
Though the refund took some time, they were very fast in their responses, helpful and comforting,
Always giving me assurance that it would be sorted out, and they definitely did it.
Though it was not fast, but it wasn't prolonged either, and I am satisfied with their performance.

Wallet.tg blocked my account and froze my 56 TON (approx. 3600 UAH) without any explanation, citing clause 5.5. Support admits the funds belong to me but refuses to allow a one-time withdrawal. This is a violation of property rights. My ticket number is [49156E-5ED3W]. I demand my funds back.

Systemic failure of AML procedures
Systemic failure of AML procedures. Wallet ignores official Proof of Wealth, IDs, any other documents and seizes user funds without legal grounds. I have filed an official complaint with ADGM. Beware: they might demand your private chat logs to release your money. Total lack of transparency.
Support claims they are "doing their best", but they have already issued a PERMANENT BAN and refused to return my legal assets even after receiving my bank statement. This is not a "review," this is illegal asset seizure. I am waiting for the ADGM to intervene since the company ignores its own compliance rules.
