What a waste of time this company is ,order not arrived phone numbers have a London prefix but when you ring number not available,This company is a scam and a rip off do not use them.I am now in contact with my bank to get my money back.
The telephone number they offer to contact the customer service simply doesn't exist. They do not respond to the e-mails and when they send a number to follow the sending they do not add the company that should bring it. It is clearly a scam and I've been their victim. UPDATE AFTER ANSWER FROM WALLETKING: No one replies to the different phone numbers they offered. The supoused sending number takes you to a web where it says that the goods are coming from Frankfurt instead from Luxemburg as the "customer service" argues. To save 5 euros in Amazon now I have to deal with this fuzz
