Good wallet, tacks well and easy to use. Worth the investment.

Honestly, it's rare to come across a wallet that isn’t complete garbage these days, but this one isn’t as awful as expected. The tracking feature works well enough and actually seems to do what it claims, which is surprising. No endless searching for it between couch cushions.

Speed in finding it is decent, too, I guess. Not that it should take a genius to make something like that.

This is the 2nd time I am falling victim. That’s why I decided to go online and see what people are saying about them, and not surprising, my guess was right. They platform was good before, that was like 2 years ago, but now has been hijack by scammers defrauding people of their hard earn money. Kindly for your own safety run away from them. Not safe for your money. I wonder why the platform still exist. It should have been barn or closed. This Nigeria sef, incompetent people full am, running its affair.

This people are actually Scammers don't ever put your money on their wallet because they're scammers because they have Zero Customer Support i transfer money for more than 2weeks the transaction was successful but the money was not credited into my recipient account i write several mails no respond this people are scammers

I created a virtual dollar card with wallets.africa and I loaded it with $90. Paid for a transaction worth $10. And the balance of the card is $3.97. The transaction history clearly showed that only $10 was taken out. So, how did $80 disappear? I have contacted them and written numerous emails over the course of 6 months which they have refused to respond to. The service is a scam and it is run by a den of fraudsters.

I sent a payment since morning, by afternoon no delivery yet no reversal, infact no customer care. This is fraud and I don't know how the company will improve

Please don't send money to this account. they are scammers. You wont be able to withdraw that money back

trustpilot should provide a zero-star rating because wallet Africa deserves that for their zero customer service.
I was debited for a failed transfer I made to one of my bank accounts and it's been over a month now and no one is saying anything or responding to my complaints. and no reversal has been done up till now.

Nigerians note that they do not accept NIN. They will not tell you this until you try to withdraw / use funds. Their support rarely responds in any of their channels

What is CBN doing about this fraudulent company parading itself as a fintech company? They will not verify you and would not allow you to withdraw your money back

If there was a rate worst than this ,I would have given it to them ,opened an account with them, verified it,and deposited ,but yet in the past 5 days keeps saying upload the required documents,have sent customer support message ,but no reply.

This is an excellent website, and also an excellent app for making payments around few countries in Africa only. It is a wonderful app indeed according to my experience
