I am very satisfied with my very first order.

Using it feels very unique, and once you get used to it, the glide is incredibly smooth. The downside is that the mouse feet wear out rather quickly, and since this mouse pad isn’t cheap, I really wish it came with a few extra replacement feet.

The shipping and unboxing was great. The pad is very high quality and I enjoy the art on it as well. I only wish I could have had it ship faster with different options. The dot skates are great too, really worth the money.

I absolutely love the glass pad and sleeves i ordered, it’s really soft to the touch and to the skin. The shipping was fast, with multiple updates and the packaging wasn’t damaged, not even a dent.

I had forgotten to add some skates to my order as they were free under a promo

I contacted there support and they were amazingly helpful and offered to correct my mistake and ship out the skates free of charge

For a long time I’ve been hearing glass mousepads and opted to buy some budget glass pads on aliexpress/Temu. Just this August Wallhack just released their VA-005 and all I can say is , all that wait is worth it! Had alwasy wanted to but the SP-004 but then I heard about wallhack having its new release and from my old generic glasspad to VA-005. This has enhanced my FPS Games to a whole new level. Thank you Wallhack

What interested me about glass pads from the outset was the fact that the surface does not degrade. Once you get used to the pad, you practically never have to use another pad again, which I find very interesting. As long as you take good care of it and clean it properly, it will last longer than you will. My experience with SkyPad/Wallhack is based on more than two years of use—hundreds, if not soon thousands, of hours of gaming. To sum it up, for me it is and remains the best pad I have ever played on, and I can't imagine ever going back to cloth.

I recieved the SP-400 Wallhack Glass mousepad as a collaboration for tiktok and i can say that this is the most high quality and competitive pad i’ve ever used, nothing bad about it and for its price it is definitely giving high value

Ordered a product from the “Drift Sora” release - the purchasing process was fluent and easy, the confirmation and tracking was also good. However, there was a slight issue with fedex about delivery but at no fault of the company.

However, because of the fault I did message Wallhack and received no response - so I’d say the customer service could be a little better but aside from that it was an overall positive experience.

I recommend them and would definitely purchase future products.

I bought the SP-004 two days ago and it already arrived, really fast delivery, and super good packaging.

At first I bought the wrong one (white version of the SP-004, I sent a mail to their support and they replied quickly and found a good solution, really good experience, will definitely buy more from WallHack

Making good stuff but not selling it. Don't have a normal que on mystery weeks and making you buy their glass pads from resellers for 2-5x price

Also, they make sure that negative reviews are removed and the "wonderful" reputation on trustpilot is not ruined.

Imagine you are standing in line for bread. You are in line right behind a person and the seller tells you that the waiting time is less than 1 minute. After 15 minutes, you are ready to be served, you walk to the shelf, you give your money and the salesperson sharply shouts in your face "The product is out of stock", although you can clearly see that it is there. That's roughly how wallhacks work. Instead of starting a normal working queue, they let customers in as chaotic as possible. No pre-orders. No opportunity to buy something that was on sale even a year ago. And now without the ability to make your own custom print. So answer me this, wallhack, what do I do if I want N product as badly as I can, but you don't sell it?

I can't be happy with a site if they don't meet my needs - that's the point of reviews. Thank you for wasting my time. 1 star.
