I've been using this mousepad for almost a year now, my aim has gotten a lot better since then. I can only recommend buying it.

I bought here twice both of my pads arrived in a solid package and delivered pretty fast. I must say now that i have used these pads for a couple of months if I would have to swap back to "normal" pads I probably wont be able to do so or at least I will have a good struggle with it

This was my first ever hard pad And I’m so in love with this product it’s made very sturdy doesn’t break if your rage or even drop it the smoothness is amazing ! I honestly think I would never need another pad again unless I get the new 3.0 for a larger size which I wouldn’t mind I recommend this product to everyone much love I can’t wait for more amazing things from skypad

Very fast pad. Good if you like fast pads and low stopping power.

The pad was great but not quite for me, but the service and the support is one of a kind, I was able to return the pad without issues and get a refund!

Ok, first of all, I was a fan of these pads since Kickstarter and even backed the project. The Kickstarter pad I received is perfect. No flaws with the surface, decent glide etc.

THIS IS ABOUT CUSTOM PADS OR RECENT BATCHES
So I ordered a custom pad with a neat design. I'm mad but I have to admit that the print quality is sick.
What sickened me instead was the fact that the surface of the pad had mutliple tiny bumps that you can't see with the bare eye. There's some resistance when moving the mouse over these spots, which makes micro adjustments harder and completely kills off the use of the pad, a smooth surface for micro adjustments and tracking. The bumps even killed my mouse feet and made them super scratchy, leaving PTFE dust around these spots.
I took pictures and even recorded a video to prove it to the Skypad Guy (aka Kenneth or Alzini)

He said I should destroy the pad and then I can decide between a refund or a new custom pad with the same design. I took the latter. Big mistake :)

So the new pad has the same issue. I hit that guy up again and told him what's wrong. This time I only sent one pic of one of these horrible spots because he should by now know of the problem, I mean he approved the first problem as well.

Well, I sent it back (I had to pay 16€ for shipping to Denmark) and he says he can't find any spots. I offered him to send back the pad again so I can prove him wrong but he won't offer a refund then...

So I asked for a refund and he says he'll only give me back 50% of the price I paid because the pad apparently is "perfect". Yeah no it isn't and I showed you proof, it's not my problem if you can't find these spots. I'd show them but apparently that guy doesn't want his products to be improved.

Bonus Info: The custom (or newer) pads are also slower than my kickstarter pad. That guy said they should have the same speed, apparently I'd only need to use it for a while to make the speed similar to my OG one. And I'm not the only one who noticed, on the Skypad Discord other people also mentioned that and Alzini said the same things to them. So today he told me the surface is different which makes the pad slower. Thanks for the lies dude, if I knew that before I would've have had another reason to not try this disappointing pad again. Unlike this flawed product, my 50-60€ OG Kickstarter pad is in fact PERFECT. Now I received a refund for 64,50€ or so, thanks. I wasted the other half for NOTHING + 16€ shipping + 4€ mouse feet.

GG, awesome way to treat a loyal customer who helped the company grow.

Conclusion:
- If you have a flawless pad, you're good
- If your pad has issues (perhaps with the 2nd attempt), you might be screwed
Collect enough proof and record and take enough videos and pictures to show this guy that he's wrong. If you have the option between a replacement and refund then go for the refund (in case you get 100% back)

If I was actually wrong then the 50% would be fine I guess. But the fact that I'm right and still getting the 50% drives me insane. I can't get over the fact that I'm being doubted while being right and that the guy doesn't want to be proven wrong.

The pad has flaws and they were too ignorant to accept the truth. Being this proud while being wrong just shows how this guy truly ticks. I'll put up some Reddit posts with pictures and a video in the near future.

Honestly his reply doesn't make any sense lol. The first pad had issues and he approved that, and now he says I wanted to get a refund because I dislike the design? Nonsense. And then he talks about "extra service". I can't believe it, how generous of him to put me in a bad light and only give back half of my money. I hope the 5 minutes he saved by preventing me from pointing out the flaws are worth the utter disappointment I'm sharing.

Love SkyPAD. I have one for work and home. Very durable and easy to clean! Amazing gaming experience with a good mix of control and speed.

I have used a Skypad for over a year now and have purchased multiple in that time for work and home. I would highly recommend them to anyone even slightly considering a hard mousepad! Never having to worry about my mousepad deteriorating and still looking great years on is amazing.

Absolutely love this pad. Switched over from a rougher pad and let me just say, the SkyPAD is a GAME CHANGER. It's improved my flicks / aim tremendously. Definitely my preference because it's consistent, it wont wear down like the popular fabric / hybrid pads. ZERO slow spots ! I pair it with my Logitech G305 and love it

Skypad glass it’s definitely a unique experience and it feels amazing to use. The product itself came in a solid box and it felt really premium taking it out of its box.
There was some minor imperfection concerning the surface but after use those ended up being purely aesthetic flaws (that’s why I put 4/5 stars)
The durability and consistency of the glide make it a good investment long term for any gamer.

I have always wanted this mouse pad ever since I first found its existence when searching for one myself after wonder about the possibility and already having looked into metal mouse pads by this company before, to my beautiful surprise they had already created the SkyPAD GLASS 2.0 and I wanted it immediately after seeing how durable it is being able to be thrown at the ground and doing damage to the ground before it does damage to the pad. When I finally had my chance to buy one I went for it and immediately I knew it was like nothing I had ever felt before, making the same movements I had made so many times before didn't feel like the same, instead it felt like buttery smooth air and when playing games like osu! it felt like I was gliding on ice. The feet on the pad are the most stable I've ever seen, I use a very heavy fully wooden desk that won't usually budge for almost anything other than trying to pick it up with 2 people, but this pad's feet stick so well to the desk that it moves the desk instead when I push on the pad sideways. Cleaning it is a breeze, I take it to the sink like any old dish and I start washing it with a little dish soap and it's as clean as the day I bought it, the water even dries off quickly too. I never had to sacrifice a bit of my accuracy either as the movements were the same, I just had a surface so smooth and friction-less that there was no longer anything getting in the way of me making the hand movements I needed to make in perfect repetition, every time. This is my END GAME PAD, I will use this for the rest of my gaming career and the only reason I would want a new pad is if I wanted an even bigger SkyPAD GLASS 2.0 such as the XL or if I wanted a new design to personalize such a perfect pad.

This mousepad will be the last one I will ever buy, absolutely endgame for me. You'll wear through your hands before you manage to wear through a skypad.

One of the best mousepads on the market. It's as smooth as butter and is fantastic for tracking. It is a MUST BUY!

Very good mousepads, but a pretty hefty price. I would personally say it is worth the money however.

Fantastic custom XL mousepad. Not affected by humidity. Really awesome owners based out Denmark with awesome customer service. I have a full review on YouTube currently for the standard XL, but the printing quality of the custom is light-years ahead of any brand. My endgame mousepad, and literally indestructible.
