Don't fall for the photography

I write this reluctantly as I don't typically leave bad reviews but this purchase was very disappointing. The fabric is lovely. The fit was terrible, really terrible. I had to get out of the lap pool as both boobs came out of
my swimsuit. I then cut about 8cm off both straps and re sewed the straps to salvage to purchase only to find the colour faded drastically. Stick to speedo, funkita, kozii ladies

Service is disgraceful

Service is disgraceful! I paid $20 for express postage to have my order delivered within the 2-3 business days, they didn’t even ship it for 7 days! The order never arrived on time for it to be a gift for someone. I now refuse to give it to them as I had to buy another gift. When I asked for a refund the completely ignored my emails and contact to the “help” centre. Joke of a company

Felt Scammed

I was excited to order a springsuit from Wallien for an upcoming surf trip. The website clearly said “free shipping” and my invoice confirmed $0 for shipping. But when UPS showed up, I was suddenly asked to pay $57 in unexpected import fees—something I was never warned about.

I refused the delivery, but now I’m left without a suit just days before my trip. When I contacted customer service, they admitted it was a recent change due to duties but offered no prior notice or warning during checkout.

This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. At the very least, they should clearly communicate such fees before customers commit to a purchase.

bad quality & bad customer service

I got a steamer from Wallien as a christmas present, after 3 wears it started falling apart; stitching on the legs were coming undone, stitching and glue around the front zip were coming undone and falling apart. The seal around the crotch area started to flake. I saw they offer 12 month warranty so decided it would be wise to take up on that before it completely came apart. Wallien offered a repair service which I appreciate, however the communication between Wallien, the company that repairs the wetsuit (oceanside wetsuits or something along those lines), and back to me was terrible. The company were rude and dismissive insisting I hadn't cleaned the wetsuit properly (despite me cleaning it thoroughly with fresh water). It's also been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't received any communication on the progress of the repair and have had to surf in my old wetsuits in the coldest water months. I will not buy from this company again, I expected much higher quality for the price of the wetsuit and am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Received the swimsuit and didn't like it. The shape wasn't right and for the price, the quality wasn't that good either. So I returned it and my gosh.. what a difficult process it is! If you value your money, don't believe in their free no fuss return!! First, no labels given when I created a return and I had to request one. Then I followed all the instructions and the parcel was blocked in customs due to lack of paperwork. They finally have the parcel for a week, no contact and still no refund. So 5 weeks after sending back the parcel, still waiting for my money back.
