Ordered on 12/03/26, heard nothing. Emailed on 14/04/26 and again on 24/04/26 to ask when order would be sent but I've had no reply. I guess they're busy, but then they need to let people know or update their business model. It says 3-5 days for oversees orders and also to allow 7-16 days for oversees. Will update this review if I ever get a reply or my order.
Colours in poster were muddy. Not a good reproduction, even for the price. Have to throw it away😩

Hi David,
How annoying that the package had not arrived in good condition.
It also took a long time to get the package to you. The delivery person was 3 times long-winded before it could be delivered because you were not at home.
Unfortunately, we are dealing with external factors. Delivery is outsourced to national delivery services.
We too would have preferred it to be delivered to you in its entirety. As you wished, we refunded your purchase price, but would have gladly sent you a new one.

Excellent service! My first order had a slight printing error on the canvas. I called the company to explain the situation and a few days later Walljar sent me a completely new canvas.
