Ordered through Amazon and item was damaged in transit. Poor response and unhelpful to say the least to sort the problem caused me to cancel the order and buy elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered! My experience is very similar to someone else below - the issue is if there is a problem. These people wrote incorrect descriptions on the Amazon website so consequently I had way more paint than I needed. Plus one tin arrived with a massive dent. Using the Amazon site I contacted them, they replied once and then ignored me until I got Amazon involved, at which point the people at Wallpapers2U were rude - not to mention grammatically incorrect, eejits! 🤣 Got my money back via Amazon in the end but took months. Avoid!!!

Providing all is ok with your order first time then you will probably be fine ordering from this company. However, the problems start if you happen to have any defected items. Be prepared to foot the cost of posting faulty wallpaper samples etc back to them as they don’t provide pre paid labels for you. False promises are made that you will be reimbursed. I am yet to receive mine after chasing with them several times!

This company do not reply to emails. When contacted via phone the owner is very rude and arrogant. There is a severe lack of customer service.

My issue was eventually resolved after many phone calls and several false promises, however I still haven’t received reimbursement for posting faulty items back. I will not be using this company again.

Took my money had 50 rolls advertised on line at time then waited days to refund and advise not in stock furious! Don’t believe it for a second I believe they realise how rare it is and want to make more money . Thanks for this won’t be returning

I ordered 2 x 20 litres of dark brown fence and wood paint to paint a block of 8 stables and found that we needed another tin as still had a bit to do and this would also allow for 'touch up' until painted fully again in about 5 or so years. The 3rd 20 litre tin was ordered and arrived promptly but on opening the tin it was a completely different colour to the last 2 tins that we had already used. Whilst I appreciate there may be a slight variation in batches this was no where near the dark brown previously supplied. I emailed Alex who basically said we should have ordered enough to finish the whole job which would have been impossible to calculate exactly without buying too much. This paint is not cheap either at £50.00 a tin.

Placed an order, One week later after several phone calls asking about my order,they told me my order was being posted the next day....next day they refunded me the full amount and cancelled my order!!!! No explanation nothing!!!
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN....USELESS COMPANY.

I ordered wallpaper borders but they sent a different one. I returned those but never got refund. I wrote them so many emails, and no reply from them.
Don't trust this company!!

Having ordered light grey fence paint it arrived too light and would not cover our fencing in one coat. I contacted the company and was told I could return to get a refund but I would have to pay postage. I tried several delivery companies but they would not accept the delivery even though it is a water based paint. I contacted wallpapers2u to find out which company they use but they explained it can be very costly to return. Alex at wallpaper2u offered to send us some black dye to mix the paint darker. This arrived very promptly and did an amazing job allowing us to select the right shade for us. Thank you. Great customer service.

Unhonest and unprofessional
I ordered AND PREPAID wallpaper from this company and
- never received the goods
- got a fake tracking record
- didn‘t get any replies after I sent my complaint

NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
